Used the Premier Inn Bristol South to enable a visit to Lapland from Bristol Airport to not have to include too early a start for a child.

We were greated very pleasantly by the receptionist and had a very pleasant stay. We had prebooked a taxi to the airport and this arrived early with a text to say it was outside but upon booking in with the hotel the reception stated if there was a problem with the taxi to let reception know and they would get us one.

Enjoyed a two night stay and would recommend anyone needing to use a hotel stopover for Bristol Airport to use this hotel.

Breakfast at the Brewers Fayre was also a very good experience on the morning of departure.

Once again a very good stay in a Premier Inn (third of the year). Our first night was refunded as there was no handle on the bathroom door but this was quickly rectified and we were moved to a second room for our next night - saving the worry of our 2 year old being trapped in the bathroom. The rooms are otherwise recently renovated and everything to be expected from Premier Inn. We did not go for breakfast on this occasion but the pub seemed nice and the staff very friendly when I borrowed cutlery and crockery for our budget breakfast and dinner. :)

Room Tip: Look out for the £19 deals

The building has recently been refurbished and is squeaky clean. All the staff we met were very helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble for them. The bed was really comfortable and far better than other places we have stayed which were twice the price...
Breakfast in the Brewers Fayre (next door) was excellent value - the porridge we ordered was even cooked to our requirements following a chat with the chef. No hassle and as much time as we wanted to have a leisurely meal. A good way to start the day.
We'll be back! (to paraphrase a well known line)

We stayed at premier inn Bristol south for our trip to bath Christmas market. It was lovely and clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and the food next door was good, plus there was choice of frankie and bennys, McDonald's, KFC, or a Chinese should you fancy it, plus the cinema is on the same complex. Definatly stay there again!

Inn was clean, comfortable and service here was good. Staff denied any connection to the Brewers Fayre restaurant attached (I doubt this) but it was not surprising they would not want anything to do with it - they were probably scared of getting an earful. Treated my family (4 generations) to dinner next door but will never eat there again after the most DREADFUL experience I can ever remember! Waited an hour for food (with a 2 year old and 2 other youngsters) which was dried up and cold. Service was virtually non existent and we had to wait for the manager to come back from his break to complain! Despite this we were only offered a partial refund when In my opinion we should have had a profuse apology plus a full waiver of the bill. I have never complained before but this was exceptionally bad.
