You know what you're going to get with Premier Inn and they deliver every time. Room was immaculate, everything worked. Staff friendly and efficient. Handy for restaurants and entertainment. Would definitely go back.

We used this hotel for an overnight stay when taking son back to uni. I missed out on the £29 deals as I booked late but for twom including breakfast it was still cheaper than most bed and breakfast's in Bristol and you know what standard to expect with this company. The hotel is situated on a complex with big eateries inc frankie & Benny's, Oriental Buffet, and McDonalds so there is a wider choice for dinner than Brewers Fayre, however, the Brewers fayre breakfast was excellent!. There is also a Cineworld so something to do. It's a bit out of the centre so good to have a car.
Staff were friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and comfortable. The TV was bigger than mine! All the usual things you get with Premier Inn.

I was not expecting to have such a nice, pleasant stay - especially not on New Year's night. Staff were friendly and professional, the noise was very minimal, facilities were excellent, room was comfortable, clean and modern, the television was a nice touch.
This particular premier inn is set on a retail park alongside fast food restaurants and such, was quite handy after a night out in Bristol! (In case anybody was interested, we went to Oceana on New Years Eve and the taxi was £25 there and £35 back. Between 5 of us this was relatively cheap, but would be something to consider for smaller parties. It was possibly higher charges because of NYE.)Very good and will definitely be staying again.

Although I stay in UK hotels 15-20 times a year(business) I never would have considered premier inn. However the online booking was simp[le and the venue was really good. I regularly pay arouind £100 bed & breakfast but this was £29 per room plus £8.25 (x2) for breakfast. Maybe I have been paying too much for too long!
I will definitely consider this next time for business.

Stayed in a family room for one night. Good location and very good friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent and would stay here again. Super Service from a great hotel in good position. We have previously stayed at Premier Inns and we have to say this was right up there with the best of them.

This particular Premier Inn sits on a usual trading estate amongst the normal fast food outlets. Noise is not too bad. The building is a modern one, obviously not been built long as the facilities are all modern, proximity room keys etc.The downside to that is the loss of a comfortable easy chair which I missed. The formal chair is the most uncomfortable chair I have ever sat on and the alternative is a third bed come couch which makes a much better childs bed than it does a seat, no back support at all. The TV is a modern flat screen on the wall but there was no remote which was a nusance all night. The hook was missing from the back of the bathroom door as well which was also a nuisance...it shows the little things are important! The shower and bathroom are modern and clean and the bowed curtain is a great idea, makes for more room in the shower. All in all good value for money but attention to the small details would put the icing on the cake.

We chose this hotel as an overnight stop before flying from Bristol Airport. Easily found, clean, plenty of choice for Restaurants. We booked well in advance and got the room for £19.00 Only thing we didnt like was that you can hear other people tlking in their rooms when you walk down the corridor.
