Stayed at the hotel the night before my son passed out from the RAF, very good service, very clean and generally a good stay, would stay again. The staff really were good and very helpful, a good nights sleep..

Just ss their advertising says the beds are extremely comfortable, the rooms are of a good size and clean. As an added bonus the staff were lovely, most helpful and with a nice sense of humour.
The pub next door was adequate.

Location was a bit too far from Aylesbury town centre.
Basic but good sized & clean room. Comfortable bed.
Helpful & friendly staff.
Attached pub/restaurant could have been a bit cleaner, & furniture, especially in bar area was a bit 'shabby'.

I'm sat in the Hungry Horse restaurant next door as I type & only signed up so I could leave a negative review of one of the worst places I've ever eaten. I've eaten a starter and a main course & not once have I been asked the standard 'is everything ok with your meal.' I honestly don't think they care. My starter was ok but my main had no sauce on the meat despite it being a fundamental part of the recipe. Someone in the kitchen clearly just forgot it. I had chips with my meal but was not offered any sauce with those either. The plate was on the table and the waitress gone before I even had chance to realise there were no sauces at the table. Aside from that there was a bit of a fall out between a waitress and someone in the kitchen with doors slamming, swearing, tears and all. If nothing else it has been eventful.

The Premier in was comfortable, friendly and ideally located for the course I attended. The great thing about Premier Inns is the fact that you know exactly what you are going to get and generally speaking the standard is the same. Clean, with good facilities and friendly staff.
