Splendid welcome at check in. Clean well presented room. Our stay not helped by a very hot night and little ventilation. Breakfast had a splendid selection on offer. Did not have the opportunity to dine but the option was available.

Used this hotel to break up a journey. Hotel room and service very good.
Couldn't fault staff or cleanliness however water pressure out of the shower was very poor making showering a chore (holding shower head close to skin to wash off soap).
Ate in the restaurant, whilst it is not an expensive eatery the food quality was budget, room for improvement.

We stayed at this hotel for the weekend, as it was the only one within distance of travelling to Silverstone for the Grand Prix, that we could afford to stay in, that hadn't put its prices up to an obscene amount. It was about an hours drive away which was fine for us. I was a little put off by previous comments about the car parking and CCTV cameras everywhere but had nothing to worry about, the car park was very well lit (like football ground flood lights at night) & the receptionist can keep an eye on the car park with the CCTV, there are police signs warning drivers not to leave valuables in your car & we didn't. Some previous comments complained that the car park was on steep levels but you can drop off & pick up your luggage from the reception level (not a problem for us ) . The reception staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was clean, tidy & comfortable, although a little warm due to the hot weather but we were provided with a fan as there is no air conditioning and this was sufficient. The only let down was the breakfast on both mornings in the Brewers Fayre next door, it was luke warm and looked like it had been sat on the hotplates for hours even though we had breakfast at 7.30am, the bacon was almost un-edible. The coffee machine was broken on the second morning and the coffee provided in the flask was barely warm. The staff were very pleasant & welcoming & there is a Tesco just up the road if you need anything for lunch or snacks. It did put us off of eating there in the evening so we drove into nearby Beaconsfield to eat instead.

We regularly stay here when we visit London as its an easy train ride into the city. The hotel is fantastic for the price you pay. Check-in was efficient, rooms are clean, parking is free and staff are friendly. There is a Tesco a short walk away and plenty of options for eating out in either High Wycombe or Beaconsfield.
I’d recommend NOT using the Brewers Fair next to the hotel. Its simply awful.

Stayed for just one night but could not fault the experience in any possible way.
The staff are welcoming and the room was what we expected. Breakfast was good and check out was quick and easy. Good parking facilities.

Overall: nice set up - plenty of parking space, friendly staff, clean rooms and bathrooms. We booked two rooms, one room's heating control was not working and it was very hot and there were no more rooms and the fan was very noisy
