Had a meal in Cotto the previous night and felt that prices were a little on the high side. On reflection I put it down to their overheads (rents/rates) in a tourist city. But, the following evening we had a window table in this pub, overlooking the river in one of the most touristy places there is. The food was spot on (completely different menu from Cotto, of course) and here we had burgers and sea trout. But it was good, hot, tasty pub food and the service was friendly and helpful. The bill was £42 for three mains including drinks. Two completely different venues but this place I am giving 5 stars to because as well as providing food/ambience appropriate for the venue, the Mill seemed somewhat better value for money.
