“RUBBISH”

Never been to such a rubbish cafe in my life they are so rude and slow. I will never go back. Just siting there as a customer you can see that they dont treat their staff go either they talk about each other behind their backs.

“Pleasant, child-friendly cafe”
Reviewed 28 August 2012

Very friendly cafe with a great area for children to play in (especially toddler friendly). They are very accommodating and its great for parents to be able to sit down and eat while the children explore.

“Oasis of calm in the city for parents of pre-schoolers”
Reviewed 2 March 2012

Livingstones is well-known among mums and dads in Cambridge for one vital reason: the play corner. You walk in off a busy shopping street into a calm cafe attached to a church (fairtrade goodies available to buy, useful at Christmas!) and the toddlers spy the house in the corner - that's it, they're gone! You can usually get a table between them and the main door so you know they're safe and the nappy change room is close-by. The menu is simple, with sandwiches, soup, beans etc plus fresh cakes which change daily. The staff happily jiggle the dishes (eg beans next to toast, not on it!) and are smart enough to bring kids' food first. Give me a wave if you go, am often in there!
