We were given the 'Felix is Free' deal as a birthday gift for my husband. You have a meal at the Felix and free accommodation for the night. You have to spend £130 on your meal and drinks, not difficult at this hotel. We had a lovely spacious room, spotlessly clean and nice tea and coffee supplies. We weren't tempted by the rather pricey stuff in the mini bar.
Lovely bathroom with shower and bath, loved the warm floor! Good quality towels and a nice pack of toiletries.
The meal was first class and the service throughout could not be faulted.
One tiny criticism; the tables in the restaurant did not do justice to the quality of the food, or the rest of a relatively new hotel. We mentioned this on checking out and the receptionist made a note.More
