I strongly recommend this place if you're looking for B&B in central Cambridge.

Great location, quiet but only a short walk from Regent Street. I had a single room which was a sensible size (sometimes single rooms can feel like a walk-in cupboard), and very satisfactory, with shower etc., central heating, a small table and chair, comfortable bed. And the bed was made while I was out in the daytime - wasn't expecting that. Excellent breakfast: fresh fruit salad, as well as the usual cereals, porridge and cooked breakfast. Friendly and efficient service. All good.

Warkworth House was definitely worth the price. The rooms are not exceptionally extravagant, but nice enough and they are well taken care of. The staff is very friendly and helpful when you see them, which is not that often if you don't need any assistance. Honestly, we really didn't see many people out and about in the hotel, staff or otherwise, unless it was breakfast.

The location is pretty good. As others have noted, it's a bit removed from the city center, but no more than a 10-15 minute walk, which is very manageable.

Basically, for this price this is a great bargain. There are probably more luxurious hotels in Cambridge, but the service and the price are enough to bring me back to this hotel.

One negative: the WiFi is pretty spotty, even though my room was right next to one of the signal extenders. The network worked better when I reset the power on the extender, but it was still pretty slow, which my coworkers also had some issues with.

Loved this place and would definitely return. Good location for city centre - 10 min walk. 3 pubs around the corner - close but not too close to disturb you. Lovely room (Room 10) at front of property. Clean and really comfortable. Lovely ensuite with really powerful shower. Breakfast was delicious. Parking was not a problem as we were issued with a permit and were able to park right outside the property. Thank you Mrs Collins.

The room was nice and bright and the shower was also new and nice. Breakfast however was dissapointing the range of food to choose from was quite small with no attention to detail. If the breaktfast is very important to you I would not choose this b&b. Apart from that we had a nice stay and it was about 10 minutes walk from the city centre.

This BnB is an amazing find near the city center, universities, and shopping streets. The prices are much lower than other area hotels and the value is much higher. Our room was a beautifully appointed en suite. Everything was neat and clean, the owners regularly greeted us at the door and met and surpassed all our needs. The breakfast is included - it is nothing extravagant, but it is delicious and served promptly by cheerful staff members. The inn is in a residential neighbourhood just off the Parker's Piece. Lovely place if you are visiting Anglia Ruskin Uni or anywhere else in the city for that matter. A cab from the rail station is about £5 and if you arrive by intercity bus, the stop is at the top of the street about 150m away. Overall we were very impressed and satisfied.
The one small annoyance was that the wifi was not working very well nor was the signal powerful. If you can get past that.... you're golden!
