We have stayed in several HdV's and of course they are all good. However, considering the money you pay you would expect that. The room we had was fine, although already looking tired (ceiling lights falling out, stained shower & broken window frames). The air con was very loud, but essential since the whole hotel was so warm. It was impossible to sleep with windows open because of the noise from an air con unit from a neighboring building. So combination of air con noise and heat did not result in good nights sleep.
The service was excellent and cannot be faulted in any way.
It is outrageous that at HdV prices they do not give free continuous WiFi.
Breakfast was good, but again at the room rate charged could easily have been included
