Description: This is a new restaurant set up just over a year ago, on the same site as Wheatlands Hotel. It is a different business from the hotel and is run by the head chef. Absolutely fantastic quality food and very god value for money in an Island known for its high prices.

“Good Value”
Reviewed 23 January 2013

When you stay at Wheatlands the golf is complementary on a great nine hole course which I found very testing. The owner, Ian, is very hands on and is very welcoming. The food is excellent and the service and friendliness was refreshing.

“Good experience”
Reviewed 29 June 2012

Worth a try. Exceptional quality food at a very reasonable price! We were very please with both the staff and the quality of food. A great chef. Everything was homemade according to the waiter. Bread was freshly baked and the desserts were fantastic. Try the chocolate brownie :)

“Gastro Delight!”
Reviewed 18 June 2012

I organised a couple of weeks ago a dinner for 15 colleagues, we agreed the menu in advance; 3 courses and at a very reasonable price and were delighted with the high quality of food and service. This venue has plenty of parking is very convenient for the airport and can truly boast local fresh produce on the menu with a chef who knows what a Gastro Pub should be offering and consistently delivers. I am local to this venue and have used it many times for family and business meals with never a disappointment.
