“What a good location!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 2 December 2013

Just arrived back after spending last night at this Premier Inn. Very good location, short walk into the city centre and the railway station is only at the bottom of the road.
Staff were very helpful and the room was as usual, very clean and comfortable.
Limited parking outside the Premier Inn but it is only available until 9 o'clock the following day. However, there is a car park near the railway station which only cost £5,70 for 24 hour parking so you can take your time, enjoy your breakfast and not have to rush around to move the car before 9 o'clock!,

Room Tip: Use the nearby NCP car park and then you don't have to rush around to move your car before 9 o...

I have never stayed in a Premier Inn before, and was really surprised by how good it was.

Our room was on the top floor, very quiet and it was spotless, smelled like it had been recently painted.

The staff were really friendly, both at reception and in the dining room. Did not book breakfast, but had an evening meal which was lovely.

Location is great, right by the station (parking £5.70 for 24 hours), and there are loads of restaurants nearby.

A great stay.

Same as other Premier Inn the place is clean and simple. Walking distance from the train station; not worries about taking a taxi if you can drag your bags to the hotel. Good location with many places to eat. Very good and helpful staff.

Arriving at the hotel the receptionist was very helpful asking if I wanted a map, and offering to book me a table for an evening meal
Breakfast starts at 6.30am but my train went at 643 am and another receptionist at 6.10 am allowed me in for coffee and toast a very helpful person and wished me good luck

The customer care skills should be praised, and with the hotel a short walk from the railway station an ideal spot to stay

Stayed here for a couple of nights having travelled up by train and this is a good base within easy walking distance of the station and the city centre. Also we ate in the restaurant on one evening and the for and service were both very good

Room Tip: we had a family room at the back - very quiet

We come here regularly for a night away from the kids.
Cannot fault anything. .hotel is in a good location for the centre, train station amf and pubs and restaurants.
The rooms are always clean and the beds are very comfortable.
The restaurant and bar are also very good.
We have been 4 times this year and have not been disappointed.

Just returned from a two day break in Chester, staying at Premier Inn on a £29 deal. Excellent value for money and just a five minute walk into the town centre. Room clean, tidy with the usual Premier Inn picture on the wall. The staff were helpful and friendly. Can recommend the restaurant next to reception, food was good value for money and the staff were exceptional.
