We spent a very enjoyable weekend in Chester, staying at the Premier in. The Hotel was just a five minute stroll from the City Centre; we stayed on a bed and breakfast arrangement; the full English breakfast was very good, and there were other alternatives available. We also had an evening meal in the hotel on the Friday night, and this was also very good value for money. The staff were very polite and helpfull; the room was very clean and modern. The beds were a little on the hard side, but this is common with other locations in this hotel chain. The only real fault with this hotel is there is limited parking at the Hotel, and the main car parking is at an NCP carpark about five hundred yards away at the local railway station; it was not a problem on the weekend we were there, as the weather was dry, but I would hate to have to walk all that way in the rain. We enjoyed our weekend very much, and our wives thought the shopping was excellent. We had a very good Indian meal on the Saturday evening at the restaurant accross the road; if you like Indian food, it is very good, (try their traditional Nan- Bread).

Room Tip: Try and pre-book a car parking space at the Hotel, as there is only limited space available, and the...

Lovely situated hotel. Good central location. Pleasant staff. Clean and warm and comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Very good value. Parking is good albeit on street. Plenty of other restaurants in the area. Handy for city centre and shopping.

The Hotel was as expected, spotlessly clean with everything we needed for a short weekend away. The staff were wonderful, all very pleasant and interested in your stay with them - the managers obviously concentrate on their customer care training. You can find good customer service but often it is inpersonal, all the people we dealt with were extremely friendly, making you feel very welcome.
The restaurant was a pleasant surprise, food very nice, breakfast - what a selection! Breakfast times were great - Sunday until 11.30am!! Perfect for a lie-in. Check out was not until 12 noon, so again they are thinking about the comfort of their guests.
Good location, within walking distance of both city centre and station.
Would definitely stay again.

We took a party of 14 family and friends to Chester for the weekend. The location was just perfect for the town centre. The hotel gave us exactly what we expected and the rooms were both clean and spacious enough for what we wanted. We arrived earlier than the 2pm check in time and the Receptionist dealt with us in a friendly manner and very quickly. She arranged for bag storage until we could get into our room. That was about 25 bags in all! The same arrangement happened when we checked out on the Sunday as well. Throughout the stay the service was friendly and very helpful and definitely a great night's sleep! I will stay again and recommend the hotel as a great advantage when visiting Chester.

Pre booked for £29 for the two of us, bargain for a weekend. As usual with Premier Inns the place was spotlessly clean, maintained to an excellent standard and the staff were very attentive and professional. Excellent location for the City Centre too.

Just arrived back after spending last night at this Premier Inn. Very good location, short walk into the city centre and the railway station is only at the bottom of the road.
Staff were very helpful and the room was as usual, very clean and comfortable.
Limited parking outside the Premier Inn but it is only available until 9 o'clock the following day. However, there is a car park near the railway station which only cost £5,70 for 24 hour parking so you can take your time, enjoy your breakfast and not have to rush around to move the car before 9 o'clock!,

Room Tip: Use the nearby NCP car park and then you don't have to rush around to move your car before 9 o...

I have never stayed in a Premier Inn before, and was really surprised by how good it was.

Our room was on the top floor, very quiet and it was spotless, smelled like it had been recently painted.

The staff were really friendly, both at reception and in the dining room. Did not book breakfast, but had an evening meal which was lovely.

Location is great, right by the station (parking £5.70 for 24 hours), and there are loads of restaurants nearby.

A great stay.
