Took my old Mum for an Easter Sunday lunch here. We have visited before and sat outside, but it was rather too cold for Mum.
Easter and other bank holiday weekends can be a worry, as eating places are busy and food standards can drop with so many customers. Happily, not in this case.
I had pizza - this looked hand made and was tasty. Mum had vegetable au gratin which was very good (she didn't eat it all, so I can vouch for that!) and plenty of green vegetables were brought. Puddings were very good, Service was unobtrusive and the ambience is good - plenty of space round tables. We will be back.
