Ive visited this Restaurant 3 times now, on the first and last occasions we have all ordered steaks. Each time we have been asked how we would like it cooked, our preferences have ranged from medium-rare to medum, and each time we have all been served them rare.

Each time we have asked for one of them to be cooked a little more (as two of us dont mind it rare) and we have been told that we were served what we asked for, and that their Chef has been cooking steaks for 23 years and that is how it should be cooked. I really dont know why they bother to ask how you want it cooking.

On our visit between the two mentioned above, we all ordered pasta which was lovely, but we wont be returning there again. If you are paying good money for food, it should be cooked to your liking if they are giving you the choice.

I have eaten at Pacinos many times now and it really is excellent. By far the best Italian in Chester with homemade delicious dishes for a very reasonable price - I can recommend the crab spaghetti. The atmosphere is great as it's relaxed but with the noise and bustle you expect from a decent Italian restaurant. Don't be put off by the location as it is in a less desirable part of town but it's a real find so go and try it!
