We stayed at the hotel on a Sunday evening as a gift for my birthday. The hotel is in an excellent postion as it is in the centre of the shopping area. The room was lovely and the bedding was luxurious
Our only criticism was the breakfast. As our room rate included a continental breakfast, we paid the difference for a full english. My husband asked for no eggs or mushrooms as he has allergies but did say that if they could replace these items with extra bacon or sausage, he would be grateful. When his plate arrived, there were no eggs or mushrooms as requested but no extra bacon or sausage either. As a result of this, we thought that £25 for this breakfast was excessive.

This hotel really is 5 star and offers a service to match. It is worth paying the little extra because in this case you really do get what you pay for. Lovely hotel and restaurants and the room service is great. Remember to request a tea and coffee tray which is brought up to your room at no extra charge.

Was treated to a lovely afternoon tea for 2 in the Chester Grosvenor. A gorgeous selection of sandwiches, scones and cream cakes with the option of strawberries and champagne. Service was excellent, staff were very friendly and polite. Lovely relaxing setting, fabulous afternoon.

We stayed in a deluxe room, which was perfect for our stay. We sat at the bar in The Arkle bar drinking Cosmos. Dinner in The Brasserie was delicious and the service was top rate. We fancied a drink in the Arkle bar again after dinner. Breakfast in the morning was tasty as expected. All in all, our stay was very relaxed, fun, enjoyable and we will be back again for a 4th trip

Total indulgence and relaxation on an over night stay and spa break.
Back massage and facial were extremely relaxing!
Beautiful hotel and worth every penny!
Afternoon was wonderful with excellent service. Booking is essential.
Well worth a visit as its right in the middle of the shopping area.
