The Grosvenor was the perfect venue for the wedding of my Son and Daughter-in-Law. It was absolutely fantastic, I did not hear one bad word from any of the wedding guests who attended. The wedding was held in The Grosvenor Suite which looked amazing and harpist made it feel even more romantic beatiful well done to the harpist. The weather was glorious which was perfect for taking photo's and the grounds were brilliant especially with the swans. We had champagne in the gazebo.
The wedding reception was done beautifully, as for the staff, where do I begin? They were absolutely brilliant they made me feel very special but also very discrete,as though I was just as important as the bride and groom. The food was delicious and hot, and a very well chosen menu to suit all the guests even the minors who were there. Very efficient and very polite staff and MC well done to you all and thank you for making the day go smoothly.
As mother of the groom my room was lovely/clean, double bed for single occupancy, and very spacious, those of my family who were staying over were delighted to be able to freshen up for the evening reception and also have a little relaxation before we headed off.
As I was up early I sat in the reception area reading the papers before breakfast, the staff were so polite making sure I had everything I needed and was comfortable. The breakfast area was lovely and bright and the staff were very helpful and efficient. The buffet style breakfast was second to none, and it was cooked to my liking.

I would love to come back and maybe have a spa treatment next time.

Spa was well organised but relaxing, quiet and tranquil. The staff were friendly and efficient without being overbearing. The treatments were out of this world. The food in Ciro's was delicious, lots of variety and again, kind attentive staff. The rooms were comfy, lovely comfy beds, clean bathroom. Cannot praise this hotel and spa enough.

The hotel is lovely. We stayed in a deluxe room with a sprial staircase in and 2 levels which was a really unusual but nice suprise (wouldnt recommend if staying with disabled people) but really nice if not. The bathroom was huge really spacious and it was a really clean nice room. The breakfast area in the morning is just fantastic couldnt ask for more, The pool is fabolous as well, really nice. Wouldnt so much recommend the spa, the girls were not very friendly but the spa itself was impressive ( suppose you dont go for a chat) There was a wedding on when we went and it was very very busy so book in advance for restaurant and spa treatments. All in all would recommend and are definately going back.

had a lovely two night stay, room was a standard double but had loads of room for the extra bed for our son.
We tried both Nelson's and Ciro's and both were good value with very well cooked food and lots of choice.
Pool lovely and spa looked grear, but a bit pricey for me!
Only drawback room quite dark as faced over the courtyard and bed very hard
Would return and highly recommend

We stayed for two days at The Grosvenor in a bid to get some family time and for me and the wife to relax, albeit separately, in the spa.
We succeeded. Room was great - decent size v clean modern and with decent equipment. The two restaurants - Nelson and Ciros were both fantastic,. Food great, staff polite and efficient. Brekkie good - but busy on weekends. The Spa was out of this world. We both had full body massages. Not cheap, but unbelievable. Swimming pool/jacuzzi/steam room and sauna are open to all guests. Well worth using.
Over all top hotel, great location, wonderful staff. Well worth a visit.
