Had a meal here the other night, very friendly and attentive staff. Food was very good, although some of the children's puddings on the menu were not available.

The service was excellent the staff were friendly and attentive.
The food though was dreadful. I had fishcakes and they were unbelievably bad, I really have no idea what was inside them other than it was a mush tasting slightly of cheese.

What really wound me up was the BOGOF offer. The price they charge for their main courses reflect good restaurant standard food. Not this kind of ping meal rubbish, so the racket seems fairly straightforward to me they overcharge for average mass-produced fair and then offer a BOGOF to bring into line with what it’s really worth.

Never ever again!!

We went to this pub for some lunch after a funeral at the chester crematorium, wished we went somewhere else as the food was not that good, our party had the chicken salad it was more like chicken sat on a bowl of lettuce literally there is only so much lettuce a person can eat it was far too much. The chips was the the only decent part of the meal.We don't think that we will go back there again, but I will say the the service was very good.

I visited this restaurant on Monday around late afternoon, after doing some shopping in the area.
We were greeted straight away and shown to a table, which we got to pick. Staff were Efficient, helpful and very accommodating towards my 2 year old niece, bringing her some crayons and paper over.
Menus had a wide range of choices, and all food was 2 for 1. I opted for the chicken burger which was very nice. Overall a nice place and a great play area outside if you have kids. Would return if in the area in the future.

We visited for our pre-wedding evening meal as a mixed party of 10. We all enjoyed the really good pub food at a fantastic price. Prompt and friendly service & a good wine and beers selection. Would recommend 100%.
