Small fee for entrance of £8 for the family, interesting to see the military medals that they had on display, and we were very lucky to get to handle a coupke of rifles.

Good museum this with plenty to see and it has an interesting barrack yard at the rear to have a look at. The museum tells the history of the Cheshire regiment and its subsequent merger, well worth a visit.

Even if you are not military minded its worth visiting, social history, the groovy artworks and the interactive displays. The decorated motor cycle is stunning and the staff are so helpful and enthusiastic ( and knowledgeable)

The museum is a very interesting place to spend an hour or two, the journey through the years of the Cheshire regiment is very well presented at the museum ... especially the exhibit about the young soldier who lost his life in Afganistan , so very sad to read his story . The museum is well worth a visit .
