“A disgrace”
Reviewed 1 February 2014

This was awful and needs a serious rethink if they are going to run this again. We went on the opening night with free entry for the switching on of the lights. The lights were pitiful. Many stalls were closed. Nothing worth paying an entrance for. We would not return.

“What a let down!!”
Reviewed 8 January 2014

We were really looking forward to this Christmas attraction but was left feeling very disappointed.
Very few stalls were open when we arrived at 3.00pm, some of the attractions still being put together...men with drills etc.
Managed to see the 2 reindeer which was nice.
Headed for the bar to get a warm drink, no atmosphere...Staff who were definitely not yet in the festive spirit!
Wont be attending next year!!

“Great family fun”
Reviewed 5 January 2014

We decided to go late afternoon as it gets dark quite early in London in winter. So not too many people around 3.30pm. Eating roasted chestnuts, cinnamon bagels and the most amazing fudge. Plus loads of other great food. We had lots of laughs and screams. There are rides suitable for all ages. It's clean and organized. Our German meal was great. The only negative was that the ride tickets are only valid for the day of purchase, so we could not keep them for another visit. We ended up giving some of our tickets away!

“Why pay an entry fee?”
Reviewed 4 January 2014

Does what it says on the tin...a fair with Christmas thrown in. I fully appreciated and knew before hand that rides would be expensive, but I'm still struggling to appreciate what our entry fee contributed towards since EVERYTHING had to be paid for.

I fully believe that this entry price will deter visitors since you sense you are paying twice.

Some staff were lovely ( e.g the gentleman on the entry point) but then others were downright ignorant. When we left we found that had we asked for our tickets to be stamped when purchasing, it would have contributed to a free hot drink. Pity this was not explained when we started our journey - a very small issue that summarises my general disappointment as a parent.
