“We love this flat for its views & central location.”
Reviewed 22 February 2015 for a stay in February 2015

This is the second time we have stayed here and it really is an excellent apartment. Being on the top floor it has superb views across the bay and we spent hours just watching boats come in and out. The down side of being top floor is the stairs but I like the strategically placed chairs on intermediate landings to allow for a rest. It is well appointed and comfortable and the owner is very accommodating. We look forward to our next visit.

“A real gem!”
Reviewed 21 February 2015 for a stay in February 2015

We visit Falmouth often and have stayed at many of the excellent hotels etc. This time we stayed at St Piran in the Harbour Reach block of apartments as we were taking friends and staying for a long weekend. The view from the lounge/dining area was beautiful and the positioning of the flat, although very central in Falmouth, was very quiet and private. The flat was clean and well equipped and just perfect for a short break! We will definitely be returning!

“Fantastic location”

Had a 4 night stay at this lovely apartment at St Keverne in the harbours reach on top floor with fantastic views from the lounge and balcony. Great location for sight seeing and night life within easy walking distance of everything you want in Falmouth. The apartment was large, with all the facilities for a comfortable stay. We were met at the apartment by Tim who showed us around, great customer service and also gave us a permit for our own parking bay. We will definitely return.

“The view becomes obsessive.”
Reviewed 8 November 2014 for a stay in October 2014

We have stayed here previously and as promised returned. The view was just as amazing the day we left as it was the very first time we saw it. The apartment is comfortable and quiet, despite being so near the centre of Falmouth. We travelled by train this time and used trains, ferries and a bus to get us beyond Falmouth. Trips to Flushing, St Mawes, Truro and St Ives were notable. We caught a bus, No 35, to Glendurgan NT gardens. We walked through the gardens and returned via the coast path. Bus goes to Helford crossing, not much further on, so a return along the coast path could be made from here.
We returned home, rested and refreshed thanks to our stay in our St Ruan named appartment.

“Best location in Falmouth”

We stayed in the St Keverne top floor apartment, the views are spectacular, we spent a lot of time just watching the boats (and large ships) coming and going from the harbour. Most evenings shoals of Mackerel were herding smaller fish into the tiny inner harbour just below the balcony making the water alive with jumping fish.

The apartment itself is scrupulously clean, high quality cotton towels are provided and the apartment is equipped with everything you need. A welcome pack of milk, tea, coffee and lovely Cornish biscuits were very welcome on arrival.

Cooking and eating meals with the river and harbour as a backdrop was a real pleasure, and eating out was simple as you are moments from pubs and restaurants, from fish and chips, through pasties, to michelin guide restaurants. Despite being so close to the town centre the apartment itself is very private on a small quay tucked away.

Like other reviewers my only minor improvement would be to have a couple of extra sets of crockery, we had a friend who lives locally for dinner and we struggled a little. We also didn't make use of the dishwasher as we needed the mug or whatever and couldn't wait for a dishwasher cycle.

We will definitely return, great accommodation, magical location.

Had a fantastic week staying in St Piran other family members in St Just on first floor. I have never stayed in self catering that was so clean, good quality cooker etc, really soft bedding and great wardrobe space. The view from the balcony is fantastic and I saw a wonderful sunrise. The tall ships was on so to sit an watch them was a privilege. We could also feed Charles the swan from the balcony. Our groups ages ranged from 6 to 75 and everyone loved it. The following things did not spoil our holiday but would have enhanced it needs bigger towels and TV. Towel rail and hooks in bathroom. And coat hooks for damp coats. I will return and you may need the bailiffs to remove me!
