Converted boathouse or similar on the quayside at Flushing. Beamed interior, a mix of open tables and banquette-like seating, teeny porthole-like windows and a woodburning stove all add up to give a cosy and informal atmosphere. Our party had mussels, a fab crab bisque with the largest crab cake I've ever seen, vanilla slices and local beers and ciders. The prices were very reasonable and this was a great place to shelter for a couple of hours from the inclement weather. Recommended.
