Friendly staff, great food at good prices, great views, good wine selection, clean and comfortable rooms with clean ensuite. Music and pub noise not intrusive. Enjoyed watching habour events including yacht races and cruise ship arrivals and departures.

Checked in for a night on our way to Penzance. The room was excellent, a comfy bed and very clean and tidy. A stunning view from the room!
We had a good pubmeal in the evening, fresh fish from the catch of the day.
Breakfast was good and still with a view! Free parking in the road outside the pub.

The room is fine. The pub is fine. If you were going to have live music playing this late, I would have liked to have been advised before I booked so I could have found somewhere else. There's only so much Dire Straights I can take.

Hello
Sorry, have to admit got it all wrong at the weekend.
Just spoken to band playing this week to make sure they are finished by 11pm.
Still learning about running a pub and value all feedback be it good or bad.
Once again, sorry it spoiled your stay, I know you were all very tired and I am sorry to have added to that.
Thanks
Michael

when we arrived at seaview we were amazed at the location.the view of the harbour was beautiful.when inside we were greeted by the friendly owner and showed up to our room.the room itself was clean and quite roomy, bed was comfortable and the view from our window was the best we have ever had.the breakfast was a full english with toast and fresh orange,tea/coffee as required.
the service was very good and was a relaxed feel.we were made to feel very welcome and would definately stay again and recommend to family and friends.

I stayed here for one night with my wife having just walked 12 miles along the coastal path.
Great hospitality, really good food and an out of this world view of the bay.
Comfortable beds, good hot showers and a good breakfast to send you on your way.

Room Tip: All rooms have a view

We dropped into the Seaview on a very wet Tuesday lunchtime, and were struck by the friendly greeting, the good bar food and, of course, the view. It was quiet when we were there, but the welcome was still warm. The view across the harbour is wonderful, and probably from a different angle to that seen by most visitors to Falmouth.

The owners are fairly new at Seaview, but deserve to succeed. Best wishes to them.
