Arrived at this family run hotel to the most friendly welcome, we were shown our room and offered complimentary coffee in the lounge..
Our room was at the top of the hotel with a sea view and was spotless with gorgeous white bedding and towels and also very quiet.
One of the appeals to me about this wonderful hotel were all the arts and crafts about the rooms which were from local artists and the family themselves, just delightful.
The breakfast was delicious and the daughter very very attentive though not intrusive.
I would not hesitate to stay there again and would happily recommend to anyone as our stay was first class and hope the next one will be for longer :)

Room Tip: I think any room chosen would be great ...I did notice there were rooms with balconies and mosaic iron patio sets beneath us

Just spent 5 very enjoyable days at this hotel. From the moment we arrived we knew we had chosen well as we received a friendly greeting from the owners and complimentary tea and biscuits. Our room was spacious and clean, overlooking the sea. They were helpful with recommending places to visit and the hotel is a good base for walking to the town and enjoying the local restaurants,as well as driving further afield. The breakfasts were beautifully cooked and staff attentive. We would have no hesitation in returning to The Lerryn or recommending it as the ideal place to stay in Falmouth.

I stayed a part of a group for 3 days. I found the hotel owners (Houseman family) and staff very welcoming, friendly and accomodating. The hotel had been under their new management for about a year and the hotel was in the process of being refurbished. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. We had both breakfast and our evening meal in the hotel and the quality of the food was excellent and well above the standard one would expect from a hotel of this type. The owners and staff were very accomodating in meeting the particular needs of our group and nothing was too much trouble.
The hotel car park is very small but street parking immediately adjacent to the hotel was perfectly adequate.

My Parents, Brothers and families stayed at this modestly priced hotel whilst attending my daughters wedding at the nearby Falmouth hotel (which I stayed at and reviewed separately) and wanted me to leave a review on the Lerryn for them.
The hotel is situated just back from the seafront and ideally pleaced for both the beach and town nearby. They were welcomed warmly and shown to each of their spotless rooms. The decoration looks to be fresh with clean white linen as the theme. The owners were very friendly, and indeed I met them myself when I popped by to see them all the next morning.
The breakfast the next morning was outstanding and bountiful.
It might be because it was early season, but the hotel bar ran on an honesty basis, you took what you wanted and paid the prices indicated.
Actual hotel parking is quite limited for the size of the hotel, but there is plently of on-road parking right outside (and more nearby) to cope with residents.
Everybody said they would be more than willing to stay here again for another visit and highly recommend the hotel to others.

We stayed at the Lerryn a few weeks ago as our daughter had an interview at the Woodlane Campus. Upon arrival we were welcomed by Matt, who carried our bags into our room and brought us a pot of tea and biscuits making us feel at home. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean! The next morning we were completely spoilt with a delicious breakfast. We would highly recommend this hotel and we would defiantly return! Thank You for a very pleasant stay Angela, Brian, Emma
