I have just returned from the Falmouth bay guest house with my wife where we had the most relaxing and enjoyable experienice ever it was just perfect in everyway. The owners Andy and Jenny made our entire stay a very pleasurable one and couldn't do enough for us.The room was beautifully Decorated and the bed was so comfortable it was hard to get out of it in the morning but worth it for Jenny's amazing cooked breakfast. The hotel is in a perfect location close to the town with great restaurants, bars and lovley views and also very close to the beach. Also falmouth is a great place to stay to discover Cornwall due to it's central location. We will definitely be staying at the Falmouth Bay guest house in the future and will recommend it to all.Thank you Andy and Jenny your guest house is beautiful and your company was great we had a real good laugh.Barry and Tracy Atkins.

As our daughter has been In Falmouth for three years whilst studying there, we have actually stayed in ten different places when visiting her. Whilst all previous hotels and guest houses were of a good standard and we would happily stay in most of them again, the Falmouth Bay is without question the best one yet! Good value and yet easily four-star hotel quality. The hosts are very friendly and helpful and the breakfasts are superb. Great views and spotless. Cannot fault it in anyway and we are already looking forward to our next visit in September.

Thanks very much, Louise and Mark

Thank you so much for your kind review. It is always really rewarding for us to hear peoples comments , especially when they are very positive and help to reinforce the fact that we are constantly trying to give good value and comfort to all or guests. It was interesting to hear that you are thinking about running a guest house yourselves in the not too distant future, possibly in this area, and we would wish you every success in this area, and if you require any advice or help with this we would be only to happy to help. Looking forward to seeing you again in September. Jenny and Andy.

Booked our friends in for one night (they are not on Trip Advisor). They described it as first class one of the best places, of it's type they have stayed in. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was excellent with a great view. They said when they come back to Falmouth they will definitely stay at the Falmouth Bay. Highly recommended.

Stayed here recently for two nights and had a great time. The guest house is beautifully presented with all the finishing touches. The breakfast was delicious, rooms were spotless and the hosts Andy and Jenny are a delight and are very accommodating. There is off road parking for around six cars and road side parking right outside too. We will return

Very grateful for your lovely review, it means a lot to us when guests take the trouble to spare time to write regarding their experience of their stay with us. Even better when their experience has been a good one. So pleased you found everything was great and we hope that one day you will return.

Perfectly located for walking to the important bits of Falmouth, great views, beautiful appointed rooms (excellent bathroom), very friendly owner/operators who were full of excellent advice about local amenities, site and routes; simple, excellent and not overly large breakfast. And great value for money. We will be telling everyone to go there.

Room Tip: Top floor has wonderful views, but the stairs are steep and narrow.

Jenny and Andy have taken enormous trouble to make their Guest House stylish - carefully chosen variety of greys make for a calming atmosphere - and they add a great welcome and service, with case carried upstairs and advice on directions etc. There was good hanging and shelf space in the wardrobe; there is no-hassle Wifi; we could not quite work out the amazing smart TV - but only wanted the News, which we could get, so did not bother. We found the bed really comfortable - and that is rare for me. The breakfast is excellent, with much choice, from cereal to fruit and pastries, yoghourt, juice, to cooked 'what you want' - even fried bread, a real treat. Falmouth Bay is around a 2 min drive down to 'Ghilly' Bay - probably 10 min walk or less if you are young and energetic, and likewise to the port and town. Some rooms have sea views too. There is some on site parking and the road outside is not restricted. Anne M
