Hold the front page, this is the best guest house in falmouth!!! This place has had a substantial and very tasteful refit and Andy and jenny are the perfect hosts, nothing was too much trouble!! Our sea view room had a bed that simply cuddled our holiday tiredness away.. The array of breakfast treats was never ending, including the best scrambled eggs ever, and the advice and guidance about local attractions was second to none... Thanks Andy and jenny, we'll see you next trip...!!!

We stayed just one night as I had a meeting in the town in the morning and the welcome was warm, the room was pleasant with a view to the sea over the town and the breakfast was excellent. Next time we hope to stay longer.

Room Tip: Rooms at the front have sea views

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a couple of nights at the start of August and we honestly couldn't have had a better weekend.
From the moment we arrived we were struck with how beautiful the house is. We received a warm greeting, wee given some much appreciated information about Falmouth, and then shown to our room. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the whole place was clean with a lovely atmosphere. And, the breakfast was delicious too!
Location-wise it is perfect, a short walk to both the beach and the town, and I believe very reasonably priced.
We would recommend the Falmouth Bay Guest House to anybody, and would definitely consider booking another stay! Thank you for making our weekend so enjoyable.

Beautiful house which was decorated and furnished to a very high standard. Very friendly and informal. Spotlessly clean and new. The owners are very welcoming and will go the extra mile to make our stay perfect. Breakfast was very tasty.
Already booked another long weekend at Falmouth Bay.

Stayed here for one night only (unfortunately!) I can only recommend it.
The room was very clean and modern very tastefully done.
We had room 3 which has a beautiful sea view.
Andy and Jenny were very friendly and made us feel very welcome.
The breakfast (Full West Country) is one of the best I've had in 30 yrs!
Just like to add my other half forgot to mention she was impressed by the soft close loo seat! And touch bedside lamps!
We will hopefully return later in the year.
It a very well sited being midway between beaches and the town.

We are very grateful for your kind words in this review . We do try to ensure that the house lives up to its description and past reviews. The best testament is that a large amount of our guests do return time and time again so we feel that this must mean that things are going according to the way we would like them to.

It was great to hear your positive review and look forward to your next visit

Stayed here for one night and couldn't fault anything. The proprietors are welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. The room was stylish, contemporary and very clean (with sea view). Nice crisp white bedding. Shower was roomy and modern, with complimentary toiletries. Breakfast was delicious (opted for the full West Country). We liked the central location as if you walkedin one direction you were at Gylly Beach and the other, took you into Falmouth town. Our only negative was that we only booked one night!

A classy B&B within walking distance of the beach & town, made exceptional by the unfussily attentive care shown by the owners. We arrived soaked from a campsite, we left a bear with a key role at bed time behind: Andy & Jenny simply sorted it out (& more).
I would unreservedly recommend.
