Personally, we love the food at Belly Timber. The pizzas are great and we've enjoyed them before. However for some reason these guys seem to fail on two basic principals.
1) Attitude towards customers
2) Being able to cater for more than a of couple orders
We had an order of 4 pizzas ready to put down, with sides. Alas we walked in to find the blonde haired employee barely even able to speak above 2 decibels. His attitude was one of the worst I've encountered within Falmouth eating establishments and his limited answer simply said that if we were prepared to wait 2.5 hours for food, we could order a pizza. Needless to say we walked out and we probably will not be going back. Instead Dominos situated up the road got our order.
We're big supporters of independent establishments as two people who often eat out, so it's a real bummer when you visit a place which just doesn't really seem to give that much of a care for keeping customers. What made us even more annoyed was as we walked by with our dominos order, the guys in Belly Timber were inside mucking around instead of trying to cut down their horrendous 2.5 hour order queue. A real shame. Let it be known that you never know who you're serving. Try getting another oven, or maybe making a bit more dough. You guys could be king of the castle in Cornwall for pizzas, instead you're giving off the image of an unprofessional establishment who would come second place to the chain up the road who's pizzas aren't even close to the quality.
