We spent a night here at the beginning of April, liked the look of the place from online searches, and weren't disappointed. I have to be honest and say that the main reason originally was location, we'd promised ourselves a meal at Rick Steins but didn't want to have to drive, so wanted somewhere close, but when we were shown to our (upgraded) room, Stein's was directly in view ! I don't think we could have stayed anywhere nicer in Falmouth, from the friendly service to the nice little touches others have mentioned, not to mention the excellent breakfast. Oh, and I can't think of any other time were we've been sitting in bed having an early morning cup of tea to blow away the previous nights excesses and been able to watch two tugs manouvering a frigate into dock in front of us!
Would I book again? Too right!
