We found Bosanneth on Trip Advisor and very glad we did. David and Clive have created a lovely, relaxing atmosphere; the service makes you feel really at ease. It is spotlessly clean, very comfortable and was a real delight to stay there. We went as hotel guests and feel like we left as part of the family. We will definitely, definitely be staying again and have no hesitation thoroughly recommending the place. What a find!

We had very high hopes for Bosanneth from reading other reviews and I have to say that we were not disappointed. From the moment we arrived we were treated as friends and felt as if nothing was too much trouble. We had a lovely cosy attic room which was tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was fabulous with plenty of choice and the property is conveniently situated for the town. We would definitely recommend Bosanneth to family and friends.

David and Clive make you feel so welcome in their lovely home. We stayed in the bay room and to wake up each morning to lovely views of the sea, followed by a fab breakfast, set us up for the day. The house and rooms have been decorated to a high standard, done with style and panache, and exceptionally clean. Within easy walking distance of beach and town, this is a must stay place.

Room Tip: I would think the best rooms for views would be the bay room or the balcony room, worth paying that...

We stayed for two nights before Xmas and were made to feel so welcome. We were looked after impeccably and nothing was too much trouble. Gorgeous house and gardens a stones throw away from the beach and coast path, as well as town. The beds were large and sumptuous and the cats entertaining. We will definately be back. Oh and best breakfast of any B&B we have ever stayed in, the fruit salad was amazing wish I could have it every day at home. Anyway enough gushing, you do an amazing job guys, keep it up.

Came down for a wedding and stayed two nights. I think everything has already been said. Spotlessly clean, great breakfast, great hosts, proper sea view, two lovely (but unassuming) cats.

Very close to beach and short walk to town.

Keep it up Clive and David (and Hannah).

Room Tip: Ask for sea view. Not only one room has a bath

We've stayed at a few stellar B&Bs in our day, and Bosanneth B&B was a perfect 10 experience.

The owners - Clive & David take pride in their house & in their job. No small detail is overlooked. They anticipate your needs and offer help when you need it. From renting a car, to suggestions for dining, shopping and sightseeing; prearranging what breakfast you desire in the morning; reserving taxi cabs - these guys are incredible. They are the ultimate hosts and were never once intrusive, nosy or overbearing. In fact, we looked forward to sharing our explorations and adventures with them when we'd return to the inn & would be disappointed if they weren't around.

Breakfast - your choice of several options: cereals, toast, yogurt, sausages, eggs - you can go light or hearty. And its not just regular sausage and eggs. Clive & David are very particular in the ingredients they use, even having a special butcher make the sausage using an award winning recipe - or secret recipe, or magic recipe...what I'm trying to say is, its fantastic and indicative of how Clive and David run their business. But - its more than a business to them...its a home they want to share with you, and that's what makes this place so awesome.

The accommodations - Beautifully decorated and tastefully appointed. The space is modern without being stripped of the B&B's quaintness. The beds were incredibly comfortable; the ensuite felt like a private spa. Every room, including the foyer, is beautiful & welcoming.

The location - a two minute walk and you're at the beach. Our room faced the sea, and the view was lovely. A 10 minute walk will have you at the docks, the maritime museum, restaurants, etc. The house is located away from busy streets and not once did we hear street noise when in our room.

I am 1 of a few hundred reviewers who was obviously taken with the Bosanneth and its owners. If I return to Falmouth, I hope there will be room for me at the B&B.

Came here under great stress as my son was attending a university interview, but David and Clive were SO welcoming, friendly and helpful, even offering interview tips! We felt really relaxed and well cared for. Do stay here, it's so clean and stylish and the breakfast is gorgeous - all the usual cooked items plus some imaginative extras - Granola Sundae! One word of warning - although completely fantastic and an absolute gem, my sister would not be able to visit as she is very allergic to cats! The cats are very unobtrusive, and as snooty and beautiful as all cats, but they do live inside so if you do have a cat hair allergy, unfortunately, this wonderful house is not for you!
