I stayed here for a business trip and David and Clive were superb hosts. Bosanneth is stylish and oh-so-comfortable. It is spotlessly clean and their personal details such as kit kats hidden in the tea box are lovely. Setting out a couple of my favourite teapots from breakfast was a seriously thoughtful touch. The bathroom chrome was gleaming and the bed super comfy. Best of all, I could hear the waves breaking on the beach at the bottom of the hill.

Clive gave me helpful directions on how best to get where I needed to be in the morning and their restaurant recommendation was spot on.

Room Tip: The top floor room with the window seat and luxurious blue, green and sand coloured furnishings abov...

Excellent four nights at an extremely high standard of guesthouse. Absolutely every single little detail is thought of, like the subtle jazz music at breakfast. David and Clive also did everything to make our stay even more memorable. David & Karen

We stayed four days in this hotel in the Easter Holiday. Taste, style, warmth, attention to details, familiar, but not intruding. Intelligently run by the hosts Clive and Dave. Wonderful breakfast, many choices from hot dishes to corn, grain, fruits, berries. Very god HP with Guinnes. Fresh flowers on table every morning. View to the Atlantic Ocean. Just three minutes to the Coastal path leading all around the the Lizzard peninsula, through robin song, verdant meadows, dramatic cliffs, grazing cows, pastorale pleasures, smells from hay and lillys and jasmine and primula and the salt oyster flair from the sea.
Impeccable, but not sterile.
Cool, but not cold.
Warm, but not transpiring.
Inspiring, though. Top notch. Deserve all the panegyrical reviews on Tripadviser.
A haven of tranquil ease. And overdose of Diana Krall now and then, but a place without any potential for progress is a dead place. Try a quiet breakfast now and then. And perhaps some Kempf, Brendel, Thibaudet or Andsnes. Not that it is a big issue, but as an impulse for Tripadvisor to add an other category above excellent: Heavenly. There where a nice swimming pool for birds and the stairs is still the best fitness center when combined with the cornish pathweb connected directly to the beach 50 yards below.

Room Tip: seaview was nice

A wonderful experience from start to finish...
A very warm and welcoming reception. When greeted we were relieved of our luggage and offered refreshments as we sat on the terrace in the sun, overlooking a beautiful garden and the sea. We were then brought tourist information leaflets, given restaurant recommendations and shown to our room where our luggage had already been placed. An absolutely beautiful room and en-suite shower room which was immaculate. A very comfortable bed and window seat overlooking the sea and garden. The attention to detail was amazing - chocolate eclairs waiting for you every day, choice of teas, coffee, hot chocolate and even kit kats in the tea caddy. The breakfast menu is given to you on arrival and also placed on your bed once it has been made (if you stay more than 1 night) and you are asked to tick what hot food you would like the next morning. The choice is brilliant and the food, even better! There is also a beautifully decorated lounge for guests to enjoy which has relaxing music playing and an honesty bar. I cannot express how much we loved this place and really didn't want to leave. If you're staying in Falmouth, it's the place to be. Only a 2 minute walk to the beach and less than 10 minutes to town. We can't wait to go back!

We stayed for two nights before meeting our walking group for the next section of the SW coastal footpath. It was wonderful. I agree with everything that has been written by other reviewers - the house is in a brilliant location, the rooms are spotless and well-maintained, the breakfasts are superb and David and Clive are perfect hosts. Their attention to detail is much appreciated. We would definitely return and would recommend Bosanneth to anyone who wants a beautiful place to stay in Falmouth.
