Great location near Falmouth and perfect for exploring the area. The cottage is tastefully furnished & spotlessly clean. The owners really go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. Perfect for couples.

“Genuine Cosy Cornish Cottage”
Reviewed 7 October 2017 for a stay in October 2017

Located in a pleasant little village close to well stocked store/post office, super village pub (Royal Oak) good food, friendly staff this little cottage was a real find
Close by is the Norway a super eating pub. Easy access to many beaches, coastal walks and gardens
The accommodation is very clean, comfortable and welcoming. There were fresh scones cream and jam waiting for us along with a nice bottle of sparkling wine
Jacqui and Simon have thought of everything slippers, dressing gowns and soft fluffy towels. Thank you both for a relaxing stay. As we already said we hope to return to recharge our batteries again in the not too distant future

“Great little things”
Reviewed 26 September 2017 for a stay in August 2017

Great little cottage, beautiful little garden, the best equipped little kitchen, snug little living room with comfy little chairs, little stairs lead to fantastic little rooms with five star bedding after a day of little walks to picturesque little places. Perfect.

“Outstanding cozy cottage”
Reviewed 21 August 2017 for a stay in August 2017

I'd like to keep this gem of a find secret but that wouldn't be fair. The amazing kind hosts have thought of everything . Perfect location in a village near transport , village store , pub with great food so busy need to book so never managed to get there . Beautiful tranquil garden , my daughter age 6 loved the use of the body board and loved her bedroom . Quality furnishings , beautifully decorated even bed time story books , everything you could need to make or bake ! Clotted cream Cornish cream tea on arrival , log burner set ready just to light . We will definitely be back . Everything we wanted to see about 45 minutes away, st Ives , padstow , Eden project ( warning crazy busy like rush hour on the london underground , squashed in the domes , que to get in and out , ) beautiful interesting place but very busy in august on a rainy day ! Falmouth beach and village 10 minutes away and spend full days there too . Loved it ! Just perfect my only comment if driving , stay around on your last day making the most of the beautiful cornwall and leave at night , it took us 17 hours instead of 7 1:2 splitting the journey and travelling through the day . We love love love this cottage and location !

“Perfect getaway”
Reviewed 31 July 2017 for a stay in July 2017

After scouring the internet for what felt like a lifetime looking for a place to stay for our summer holiday, we finally stumbled upon this gem. A little above our budget but it was so worth it! It has everything you could possibly need, and more! All the furniture and linens are of high quality and everything was immaculately clean.

The cream tea on arrival was a very welcome treat. We enjoyed lots of great days out and had planned to eat out most nights, but decided we'd rather eat in, light a fire and play board games instead! The cottage is so cosy at night and has such a peaceful atmosphere.

On the day we left I realised I'd left my iPod in one of the draws, Jacqui posted it out to me straightaway. Very grateful to her for sending it back so quickly.

Would definitely highly recommend and would love to come back again sometime!

“A slice of Cornish heaven.”
Reviewed 4 July 2017 for a stay in June 2017

We enjoyed a terrific week at this delightful cottage with décor straight out of a Country Style magazine. So clean, well equipped and set in a picturesque village a stones throw from a great pub full of friendly locals. So peaceful and relaxing after you've spent the day exploring southern Cornwall. Highly recommended.
