Lovely spacious comfortable room with an amazing view. Food was nice and particularly loved the fireworks night they had on when we stayed. Perfect place to stay if you want to be close to all Lands End has to offer. Food was lovely also.

Stayed one night to see lands end. If you stay here you get free car parking and free admission into the attractions. So don’t pay extra for the attractions if you are staying at the hotel. The room was fine. It’s a three star place. However they have done some refurbish and decorating work in the hotel and restaurant so some bits of the hotel looks better than the others. The bathroom linked to our room was abit shabby. Could do with some decorating to bring it up abit. It’s the last hotel next to lands end so we spent all afternoon walking around the area and in the evening we had a meal at the restaurant at the hotel. The breakfast was fine - plenty of choice to eat. There is a bar to get alcohol and snacks from. The staff were nice and friendly and approachable and helpful. Nothing seems to be too much to ask for. There seems to be quite a few number of single travellers coming to this hotel alone so it good for people to know that if single travelling you probably won’t be the only one there. I came with the family of husband and three kids who are 10 years and over. This place is good for one night but I wouldn’t stay longer than that. I would recommend to stay over to explore the lands area to the max.

Arrived at the hotel and the young, female receptionist was lovely and couldn’t be any more helpful.
Room 8 was a bit shabby for the price we paid and you had to stand on your tip toes to see the ‘sea view’! Room was also a little dirty, particularly the carpets. Definitely not a £220 room!!!
Restaurant in the evening the staff were great! Food was ok but no burger choice for kids which was a surprise as most kids love a burger.
The attractions being included in the price was fab and we loved all of them, the adults as much as the kids!
Now here’s where the score drops, the breakfast was a shambles. The staff were rushed and ignored people particularly Adam who was repeatedly rude to us and others. We didn’t get served for ages then were told off for asking for a glass, eggs, orange juice etc. I asked him about his attitude and he said that ‘we get lots of very rude Germans’ ....not sure what his point was as we are not Germans and this is quite offensive. I then heard him apologising to an arriving couple about the lack of food as ‘theyd had a rush on’....hardly. I would not normally name staff for negative behaviour but Adams attitude surprised me!
When checking out I tried to speak to the other receptionist about breakfast but she was dismissive. To add insult to injury we were charged £8.95 for a 2 year olds breakfast, despite being told when we booked i had paid for it.
Views are amazing though!!!!

Shelley and I decided to end our 2 days walk from St Ives at the Lands End Hotel and stay for a couple of days to celebrate her birthday. A very special hotel, staff couldn't do enough to help and make our stay memorable. They even baked a birthday cake for Shelley on her big day. The room had outstanding views, food was excellent especially the breakfast and the hotel fully refurbished. We'd certainly stay again.

The room we were in had recently been refurbished. They had made a lovely bathroom with excellent shower. Beautiful window seat to enjoy the rugged scenery from. Same applied to breakfast, not many places you can do that. Staff on reception very good, staff at breakfast, either not a morning person or in wrong job. Good variety of food on offer though. Did not eat in the restaurant this time so cannot comment. Despite this I would stay again and give it a try, because I just love Lands End.
