“Fabulous time in Looe!”

Deep Blue Shore is wonderful accommodation! It was clean and spacious with lots of mod cons. We were delighted to see a Cornish welcome hamper waiting for us in the kitchen including milk in the fridge and flowers on the kitchen table! The front windows and balcony gave fabulous views of the beach and Looe island and we were a pebble throw away from the beach! We loved seeing people at the tea room and kiosk and had a few yummy ice creams. It easily housed the 7 of us and our dogs with lots of room to spare. We also had a sunny and safe garden. We utilized the patio area for a cuppa or glass of wine! We were even able to cook a roast beef dinner with the well equipped kitchen and of course we had to have a BBQ. The washing machine & drier meant we went home with suitcases of clean clothes! The beds were very comfy and the showers were always hot and powerful. We enjoyed a daily walk into Looe and used the ferry. There was ample parking for our two big cars with room at the back if we needed it. The décor was beautiful and we loved it so much we wanted to stay forever!

“Fabulous luxury house!”

Our family group recently stayed here for the first time, ages ranging from toddler to retired, and every one of us were so impressed with the house. The high quality finish in every room made the house WOW! Super well equipped kitchen, the bathrooms looked liked brand new (in fact, we even googled to see when the property was done up as it looked untouched, only to find it was 4 years ago), 2 lounges (great for the children to have their own which was already equipped with games) and also a bathroom each. The downstairs double bedroom with en suite and own lounge was perfect for my retired mum and dad so they could keep themselves slightly separate to the busyness of the rest of us with children. The garden was great for both children and adults with a climbing frame, swings, a trampoline, a large well looked after BBQ and a lovely decking area with table and chairs. Nearly every room overlooked the sea and this was a perfect location to be out of the hustle and bustle of the harbour but only a few minutes walk away you were there at the harbour, beach and amongst the shops, bars and restaurants. The beach is the best we've been to so a fantastic all round winner of a holiday. We all left saying when we go back to Looe we will only stay at this place now and can't wait to go back as we now know what luxury we are in for!

“Seaside Wow Factor!”

Superlative alert! Deep Blue Shore is a fabulous 10-bed house with so much space that despite having 6 adults and 4 children running about you never feel cramped. The facilities in the house are very well thought out and guests want for nothing from a colander to a crabbing line in the outside shed. The garden is safe and enclosed for the kids and there is plenty of parking at the front and rear of the house. The location has the seaside Wow! factor. Set back slightly from the road with superb sea views from all of the rooms at the front. We had the bedroom with the small balcony at the front of the house, which was perfect for sitting, relaxing and gazing out to sea. The walk into Looe is about 15 minutes but you need to be wary of the traffic because it's a narrow road with equally narrow footpaths. We used taxis because of the kids and it was about £5 each way. A bit more expensive than parking but who wants to spend valuable holiday time scouring the land for a parking space? The property hosts, Dee and Alan Palin are very helpful and friendly. There if you need them but otherwise happy to leave you alone and enjoy your holiday. And that's what we did - enjoyed it. Thoroughly. To Dee and Alan from your 10 Easter weekend guests it's 20 thumbs up from us :)

“Amazing house for our family honeymoon”
Reviewed 31 May 2015 for a stay in May 2015

Already having our children, we married in May this year and wanted a luxury, peaceful but enough things for the children to do on our family honeymoon. After a lot of looking we decided on Deep Blue Shore and we were not disappointed. The house is amazing, very clean, spacious and everything you could possibly need and more. The location is great, right by the beach, quiet and 5 minute walk from Looe town itself. The children were entertained by either the garden, rock pools and the swimming pool at the hotel was a real hit.
The Sky TV package with movies and the Wii also went down well. We decided to venture out to Eden on the one morning it was a bit dull, however was disapointed and the children were bored so soon came back to the house as the children had more fun. Deep Blue Shore really felt homely and so much space. Would definitely recommend to everyone with children of all ages. Thank you

“WOW WOW WOW”
Reviewed 20 April 2015 for a stay in April 2015

This is by far the best place my family and I have stayed, and we have been coming to Cornwall every year for the past 20 years. The house, furnishings and style is luxurious. My 5 year old son absolutely loved the garden complete with the trampoline and climbing frame. As an amateur chef I loved the kitchen and insisted on cooking most evenings!! There was 5 of us in our party and was lost in the space :) I can imagine the house accommodating 10 people easily.
We are already planning our visit for next Easter.

“Fantastic house aswell as location”
Reviewed 4 January 2015 for a stay in December 2014

We visited here for new years eve break and was not disappointed the views from the house were fabulous with the beach being a brilliant place to walk our dogs . There was 10 of us staying at deep blue shore and our children aged from 7 to 18 years were all superbly catered for in the house the kitchen was great to get us all eating together and the sky sports and game consoles entertained the kids when they weren't out at the beach or in the garden ! The attention to detail in the house made it feel like home from home definitely recommend
