“Excellent location”
Reviewed 8 August 2018 for a stay in July 2018

Very clean and tidy well equipped, excellent location for doing things in and around Looe. Only one small criticism the sofa and arm chairs are exceptionally uncomfortable when you’ve been out all day and want to relax it’s not easy. Shame as it’s the only thing that lets Cobwalls down. This said we would return If we came back to Looe.

“Good location”

This cottage has a lot of charecter to it. It is situated in a perfect location for the Center of Looe. Beautiful garden , well kept. The cottage itself is very quaint and clean. Owner very friendly. A bit disappointed in the bunk beds they were quite wobbly on the top bunk. If you have younger chilldren i would recommend this cottage, but if you have two older chilldren I wouldn’t recommend this property.
Overall perfect location, well equipped, beautiful garden and a lovely charecter cottage. However I don’t think we will be returning.

“Lovely cosy cottage for winter break”

Arrived to find a fire had been lit & a tea tray with biscuits was waiting for us. Lovely welcome after miserable journey! Thoughtful owner left us the newspaper article about Christmas lights switch on & Christmas market. Without the article we would have missed what was a lovely event. Cottage warm & comfortable with everything we needed. Very clean & nicely presented. Feels like you're in someone's home - not a stark rental property. Good location easy walk into town & private parking space a bonus. Plenty of nice places to visit close by. Looe has lots a places to eat out. A lovely stay - would come again.

“Simply gorgeous”
Reviewed 4 August 2015 for a stay in July 2015

We fell in love with this cottage ! It is quaint but roomy ,full of character & we didn't want to leave at that end of our holiday. The location Is fantastic ,with a lovely view of the river from the side window & the street is very quiet . Cobwalls is equipped with everything you need & is spotlessly clean but very welcoming & homely. An endless supply of hot water & a beautiful garden. We can't wait to return.

Liked best: Everything about the cottage was just wonderful , would like to know the history of it though given it's age.
Liked least: Lack of wifi...we had teenage children !

“A very unique cosy cottage.”
Reviewed 27 June 2015 for a stay in June 2015

This was our 4th year booking cottages with Cornish Collection in Looe. We have always found it very straight forward using on line booking, and they offer a professional service. Cobwalls is a very unique character cottage. Every little detail is thought of to ensure you find the property comfortable and to suit your needs. It is presented very well and is lovely and clean. As expected in a traditional property of its age the bathroom is downstairs, but we didn't find this a problem, and its was an ample size and again very clean. I liked the extra touch of having different coloured towels so no chance of getting mixed up. The kitchen is well equipped with all the utensils/crockery/cutlery you could need even down to a babys knife fork and spoon. There is an easy to use washer dryer which I found useful. The cottage has the much needed advantage of a parking space opposite the property so you can see your car. Cobwalls is situated half way up a hill but even for someone not particularly fit like me the walk was manageable. The cottage is convenient for walking in to the town, East Looe is the busier side of the town but it is certainly worth crossing over the bridge and exploring West Looe.
