“Lovely house very modern with great views”
Reviewed 4 January 2017 for a stay in December 2016

Good location. We were a family of 4 adults and 2 children. The master bedroom top floor was good for 2 adults and 1 child. The 1st floor has a double bed with a single bunk bed above. The only down side is the double of this bunk is not suitable for an elderly couple such as grandparents. You need to think carefully about who is going to sleep where otherwise really enjoyed our stay.

Thank you for your review. We are pleased you enjoyed your stay. We have noted your comments regarding the sleeping arrangements, this is something we have pondered over but as most of our guests are families with children it is not normally an issue. Thank you for your feedback as we always appreciate the views of our guests.

“Lovely cottage”
Reviewed 4 August 2016 for a stay in July 2016

Cottage is clean and tidy
Each room decorated tastefully
Views from main bedroom fab
Everything you need in kitchen, dishwasher, washer, etc (could possibly do with little table in living area as we resorted to using chairs to put cuppas on. If that's a fault at all?
Given a little bail of towels to use

Downside?
Noise a night, seagull dawn corus very loud! Had to get ear plugs but nothing else to say still 5 stars.

“Possibly the prettiest house I've ever stayed in.”
Reviewed 26 May 2016 for a stay in May 2016

The house is really pretty and cosy and the view of the sea from the top floor is superb. The equipment provided is of a very high standard. This includes the bedclothes, which were changed for us after our first week, and very comfortable beds. Our three adult offspring joined us for a few days and they loved it.
The sea is about three minutes walk from the house and the beach is dog free. Pengelly's, the fishmongers, and the butcher's on the quay are excellent.
As to other places to visit, The Eden Project was wonderful and the walk along the coast to Polperro well worth the trouble.
This was a very enjoyable stay- over too soon.

We have now stayed in number 4 and 5, owned by the same couple and I have to say I now won't stay anywhere else!

We visit looe ever year and this year are returning 3 times to the same house!

The houses are so comfortable and cosy, everything you need so it's home from home.
Right in the town so you are seconds away from the shops and restaurants, the parking included is a massive help too!

Beautifully clean and well kept houses, the owners are also very helpful too.

Would really recommend for a family holiday.

“Fab family holiday ”
Reviewed 22 September 2015 for a stay in September 2015

Perfect cottage! Decorated to such high standard. We've visited this cottage several times in 10 months and love it!
We have a young family and the location is ideal. The beach is literally a stones throw away and the river is equally as close for crabbing.

Waking up in the morning with beautiful views over banjo pier and Looe beach is coupled with spectacular sun rises.

We have stayed in numerous holiday lets and this is by far kept to the highest standard, even the beds/mattresses are like new! Time has been taken to make sure you have everything you need.

We will most certainly be booking in the near future for more amazing family time in this lovely fisherman's cottage!

Very comfortable and well-located. Not ideal for people having difficulty with steep stairs. More than four people would be a tight fit.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry the stairs were an issue for you. We always advise parties of more than 4 adults that this is a traditional fisherman's cottage. We normally have families with young children as we are so close to the beach.
