As from Aug 2016, our beach is no longer dog friendly, but beyond our control. As you can see it doesn't affect our guests using the lovely beaches either side of us. One being only a 5 minute walk from the villa. Your review will really help others, thank you. So pleased you enjoyed your stay. Of course you are welcome back any time.

“Perfect!”
Reviewed 8 August 2016 for a stay in August 2016

A simply fantastic family holiday staying at seaside villa. We spent our days on millendrith beach, fishing for crabs and exploring the pools as the tide went out, browsing and eating in looe, walking on the woods, rising the camel trail, visiting the Eden project, going on boat trips, leaning to surf, eating breakfast at the black rock cafe and kayaking from the beach. Everything we wanted seaview offered. The accommodation was perfect, we loved waking up and going to sleep listening to the sounds of the waves. The accommodation had been fitted out with everything we needed. We used the campsite up the road (for £5 a week) to take out daughter swimming, in the play park, the campsite shop, and the evening kids entertainment. We will be back again. Great memories made here. Thank you x

Thank you for your review. Really glad our guests are using the caravan parks facilities at the discounted rate of £5 for the whole week! Ideal for keeping kids happy, but adults have our sea and country view and peace and quiet for the relaxing times. You are very welcome back.

“No need to go abroad now!”
Reviewed 23 July 2016 for a stay in July 2016

We had an absolutely fabulous time in the villa with very warm sunny weather. No need to go abroad when you have places like this to stay!

A real home from home - Our 3 year old daughter said she wanted it to be her forever home!

Stylish, impeccably clean, well equipped and incredibly quiet & relaxing

Safe for young children & dogs.

We will definitely return!

“A perfect escape”
Reviewed 10 July 2016 for a stay in July 2016

Millendreath is a small holiday community a mile or so outside Looe. It's central feature is a small sandy beach with a beach café/shop which opens from 10am till about 10pm. This accommodation is beautifully positioned in an elevated site with perfect views over the sea and beach. The accommodation is reached by a series of stone steps and can be considered quiet and peaceful yet with easy access to attractions. The accommodation features 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds and a large kitchen/living room which is not only very well equipped but also attractively decorated. It comes complete with dog crate for those with 4 legged friends. There are a number of similar properties staggered up the terraced hill but none were intrusive. Whilst there is nothing much to do in Millendreath, it is on the South-West coastal path and as such is perfect for walkers. Looe being a 25 minute hike to the west, although this is a very safe and attractive walk there are several hills involved. Looe is also a 3 mile drive and has excellent restaurants and pubs as well as a very attractive harbour. I particularly liked Pengelly's mshop at the end of the main car park where the freshest seafood could be purchased. Next along the coast is the picture perfect Polperro, just a 15 minute drive away, again with many nice places to eat and drink like the Ship and the Blue Peter. Mevagissey, Lostwithiel, Eden Project and Bodmin moor are all an easy drive away. Everywhere we went dogs seemed welcome. We particularly liked the Royal Oak in Lostwithiel where dog biscuits were provided free with our meal. Millendreath is great because there are no jet skis, no surfers, the beach is an easy walk away, there are plenty of grassy areas to walk the dogs, the beach restaurant serves good food. The puppy loved the week as did our 3 year old. Price was good, what more could we ask?

“Little piece of Cornish neauty”
Reviewed 4 July 2016 for a stay in July 2016

Stayed for a week with our dog in this beautifully furnished compact apartment. If you want to sit in peace on a lovely balcony or even lay in bed and overlook the sea then it's definitely the place to go! Tranquil quiet surroundings, coastal and woodland walks and black rock cafe serving fantastic food. The apartment has absolutely everything you could want and contact with the owner Karen was great. Absolutely recommend!
