This is a great budget hotel in Newquay. I stayed for three nights as part of a stag weekend and it was exactly what we needed. It's in a great location, just moments from the beach and a short walk from the main bars and clubs.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, full of useful advise and happy to go out of their way to help us. Breakfast is served until 11am, and their is a small bar on site. I'm sure you wouldn't get anything near the same level of service in many other hotels.
The decor in the reception area is fresh and contemporary, although some of the rooms are looking a little tired (but at £30 per night I don't think you can complain). We stayed in a room with 2 bunk beds, it's basic, but the shower was warm and the sheets clean.
Sure it was small but you don't go to Newquay to relax in your room, you go to enjoy the beach or nightlife. One word of warning, the walls are paper thin, so take a pair of earplugs with you if you want a good nights sleep!More
