We came to stay at Jasmine House in August 2010 and had a wonderful time. It was my first time in Newquay and looking at the options for B&Bs on the internet, Jasmine House really stood out. I am happy to say that our experience during our stay was better than we could have hoped for.

The location is fabulous as you get to walk past three or four beaches on your way into the town and then can walk further up to get to Fistral. The bus to the airport goes from a stop about 5 mins walk away and the transport links are good.

If you are looking for something out of the ordinary in terms of the rooms, then Jasmine House is a sure winner. Cindy & Ashley have obviously spent a lot of time decorating the themed rooms and it shows. We stayed in the Crystal Room which is in the annex and it was wonderful. We had a good night sleep every night and the room was really comfortable, clean and homely. There was fresh milk to be able to make a brew when we got there which was a really nice touch. The breakfasts were brilliant with a choice if you didn't fancy a whole cooked breakfast.

Cindy & Ashley were really helpful and friendly throughout the duration of our stay and it felt like staying with friends which was really lovely. We did say that if we were allowed we would have moved in permanently.

Definitely going back this year!

Cindy & Ashley always give such a warm & friendly welcome when you arrive. The rooms are both clean & comfortable, the games room is a particular favourite for our boys as it has its own pool table. The family room is also spacious. You are within walking distance of the beach and all other lovely surrounding beaches are only a short drive away. Definitely a must for all surfers out there. Breakfast is scrumptious & very filling being a good old traditional fry up but Cindy will prepare a wonderful fruit salad if you are dieting or trying to watch your weight like me. You don't have to stick to just the cereal! Having been to Cornwall many times this is certainly one of our favourite places to stay.

Jasmine house was discovered when my best friends and I wanted a few days away from the rat race of London and not only did we have a great trip we definitely found a home away from home.
From the cosy, home-like feel of the rooms to the great welcome you receive from Cindy and Ashley you can sense that this isn't just a job foor them.

Ive stayed at a few hotels and Im so used the generic response of "your room is three doors down the left have good stay" its so refreshing to be welcomed by such lovely people, who really take time to get to know their guest and really go above and beyond to make sure your stay is as pleasent as possible, which is fantastic.

Ive just come back from my second stay, which was with my mum this time as she heard so much about my first visit (especially the full english brekkie-delish) and again I wasnt dissappointed , in fact I had a better stay. Cant wait for my next trip to Newquay and too visist my home away from home

We have stayed at Jasmine House twice now, and wouldn't stay anywhere else! It is a fantastic B&B, more like home from home. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and decorated with themes, not boring or bland. Cindy & Ashley are so welcoming and friendly, and are happy to help you with any local information, i.e places to visit, how to get there. Only 10 minutes walk from the town centre and beaches, it's perfectly situated.
Breakfast is a legend, full english or continental - fantastic. Also near to local shops/bank/pub which is handy. Love it!
