Booked the hotel for three nights as a central location.Hotel's location is good for Newquey Padstow and surrounding areas.Plenty of parking at the hotel. We had room 211 noticed bit of noise when the bar shut.Room ideal for short stay.Staff at the hotel very friendly.Train station only over the road saves the stress of trying to park in Newquay. We booked the meal deal again the dinner and breakfast good also must mention the friendly staff who seemed over worked they never stopped. Why are the majority of restaurants connected to Premier Inns so understaffed. We have stayed at three Premier Inns over seven days and every restaurant connected to the Premier Inns we have stayed at appear to be understaffed.

Myself my husband and 2 children stayed here over the summer holidays and had a great time. The reception staff were very friendly and always spoke to my children. The room was always made up to a high standard and the towel crab and poem that was left by the cleaners was great my children loved it. We will definately be back to stay.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 separate nights (Tuesday & Thursday). First night we were given a room on the first floor right next to the lift and stairwell (think it was 102). The room was absolutely fine, one of the older style Premier Inn rooms, smaller TV etc, but confirmable none the less.

My issue with the room was the noise from the stairwell, the stairs were right on the other side of the wall - right behind my bed! You could hear loud footsteps every time someone used the stairs, all evening, all night and early in the morning. Finally got to sleep about 01:00 and was woken at 06:00.

Premier Inn advertise the "Good Night Guarantee", however when I questioned the reception the following morning they said "oh, we do have quite time so this shouldn't have happened" - no mention of the guarantee. I explained that I would be checking in again a day later and I would like to be placed in a quiet part of the hotel if possible, the lady said this had been noted on the system.

We checked back in on the Thursday and was allocated room 2... This room was on the ground floor, second door from reception, right next to the lift and the stairwell and the window was looking out to smokers corner. Probably as far away from a quiet room as you could get!

I went straight to reception and the guy (Chris) was able to reallocate us to a better room on the first floor. I have stayed at this hotel on about 3 - 4 previous occasions and never had any issues, but this time has left me felling a little undervalued as a Premier Inn customer.
