Nicely furnished with good quality furnishings, pleasant decor, comfortable bed, everything you require. Julie is a pleasant and helpful landlady, and serves a nice full breakfast. We have not done B&B before only Premier inns, Travel lodges etc, and we were pleasantly surprised at the high standard.
We know where we are staying if we come to Cornwall again.

Room Tip: Judging by the standard of our room any room would be good

Me and my fiancé had a lovely stay here for 3 nights. Julie could have not been more accommodating and welcoming. She went above and beyond making sure our stay was the best it could be. She organised gluten free milk and cereal for my partner as well getting in vegetarian sausages for me. We was constantly bumping into Julie and her family out in the town and she would always come over and have a catch up with us. The room was very comfortable and everything has been thought through. You have everything you need here, and if it isn't there, I would bet Julie would help you get it. We went on to Bristol to stay in a B&B double this price and it didn't have a touch on this one. The walk into the main strip is about 10-15 minutes but its a nice walk along the coast. I would really recommend The Stable in Fistral beach, we ate amazing pizzas (including gluten free!) and drunk amazing ciders whilst looking out over the beach. I would also recommend the Beached Lamb for a chilled vibe, lovely food (again including gluten free) and a friendly atmosphere. The views from Steam are also not to be sniffed at with a crispy cold beer in hand. Overall, a fantastic stay in Newquay, we will definitely be back. Julie and Jim really do know how to do a proper B&B and we look forward to seeing them again in the future.

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for 3 nights during august last year, we had the garden suite, which had its own patio and seperate entrance.
The room was very nice, amd had pretty much everything you would need.
The bed was very comfortable and shower was powerfull, which again i loved.
Breakfast you couldnt complain, we had full english every morning, with a pot of coffee and fresh fruit salad.
Also the added bonus of private off road parking was a very good touch, made me feel alot more at ease.
The owners are very very good at there job, and make you feel very welcome.

Very warm welcome from the start from Julie, our hostess with the most-ess! Room one is amazing. Decorated to hotel boutique standard! We had a table and chairs, fridge, corkscrew, mini safe, plates n cutlery, wine glasses all in the room!

Breakfast was to die for and perfectly cooked n presented by Julie.

Hubby n I had 3 brilliant nights sleep in the very comfy bed.

Complete with wifi, parking and close to Newquay town - the most perfect place to stay in Newquay!

We will be back!!

My wife and I had a fantastic two night stay here during the storm of the decade-St Jude! Even with the storm trying to ruin our much anticipated stay in Newquay, Julie and Jim, our hosts, were fantastic in every way. Julie in particular is the 'hostess with the mostess' Nothing was too much trouble. The room was warm, welcoming and spotless. Little finishing touches which included a cork screw and wine glasses and a heated towel rail made all the difference. The breakfast was delicious which included fresh fruit and yoghurt on top of a huge, calorie free (according to Julie) English Breakfast! If you visited Newquay and you want an awesome place to stay close to the town centre & beaches, look nowhere else but here. Thanks guys for a personalised, welcoming stay and enjoy your well deserved break in the sun☀

VERY WELCOMING HOST, offering a friendly, personal service, nothing was too much trouble.
SPOTLESS ROOM with great attention to detail, e.g. hairdryer, small dining table & chairs, plates, cutlery, wine glasses & even a corkscrew!! to enjoy a take away in the room.
FANTASTIC BREAKFAST cooked to order with good selection of cereals & fruits aswell.
We will definitely stay again and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
