Trev & Julie were the most welcoming, warm and friendly hosts. Situated with a wonderful view of the beach and harbour and within easy walk to the shops/town or costal walks.
The whole place was spotlessly clean, spacious and airy. You are welcome to utilise the dining area for take-aways. The notice board showed local info including weather and tides. A daily newspaper was available every morning to read over breakfast or on the settee. A wonderful selection of foods were available for breakfast and cooked to perfection. I felt cared for as consideration had been given to all our needs.

Room Tip: We had room 5 which was slightly smaller than some of the other rooms BUT was on the first floor and...

Perfect location to get around newquay but not be disturbed at night. Lovely views and the room was perfect - great size, very clean, nicely decorated, tea/coffee etc.. couldn't ask for more. Will definately go back and highly recommend Lazy Waves.

This B & B was a great find. It was overlooking Towan Beach, had great views of sea and Harbour. The rooms are well equipped and decorated to a high standard. Breakfast was lovely and definitely was a good start to the day!

Wonderful 3 night stay at this lovely B&B. Great location overlooking Towan Beach, and very close to all amenities in Newquay. The room we had was spacious, with sea and beach view. Lovely bedding, crisp, with feather duvets. Huge shower. Nice tea and coffee tray, with biscuits. Nothing was too much trouble for Trevor, who in addition had a wealth of knowledge to share about the area and places to eat. It was these little touches that made this B&B a pleasure to stay in. The breakfast had a good selection of cereals, yoghurt, fruit and cooked breakfast made fresh to order. In addition I loved the notice board in the entrance with information such as high and low tide times etc. There were also umbrella's and deckchairs to borrow. If visiting Newquay again I would definately stay at Lazy Waves, and recommend it to anyone.

Room Tip: All the rooms are very good, but if I stayed here again I would ask for the room with a balcony outs...

My partner and I stayed for two nights, we do like to stay in B&Bs and this ticked all the boxes.

It was clean, cosy, a beautiful building and the views were amazing.
The owners were lovely and couldn't do enough - we had a lovely veggie breakfast on request (not all B&B owners go out of their way to get you veggie sausages -trust me!).
It had everything you need and lots of little touches that make it that bit nicer.

Its far enough away from shops and pubs to be away from noise but close enough to walk and access everything.

This is a B&B for people who want a bit of a lazy weekend, getting up a bit later for breakfast and taking some time out.

You won't be disappointed. Its definitely one that you will want to revisit.
