A lovely hotel, as expected with Premier Inn we had a great buffet breakfast, comfy beds and friendly staff. The location great, overlooking the sea with great sandy beaches. Car parking as well. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Will definitely visit again.

Nice room, however no drawers to store anything. breakfast quite poor.
Came on the Friday. Had breakfast Saturday morning, had to ask for beans and eggs as a the staff member was occupied reading. Food was cold, quality poor. (Dislike Lincolnshire sausage also . Sunday food was also cold, my poached eggs were hot as I’d asked for these. Staff were quite eager to clear away (full pot of tea taken as I went for sugar!) we’ve been stopping in premier inns for years and this was one of the worst I have to say.

Room tip: Spend more and get a better room.

We gave this hotel a second chance after a not so good visit last month when our tv didnt work for the 24 hours as none of the reception staff could get it working and made us feel stupid by initially telling us to plug it in. This time No real welcome, the large gentleman who booked us in was not friendly or welcoming. We had booked a premier room (as we always do) and asked for one on the top floor but was informed the hotel was full but in his next breath he told me the bar would be shutting early as they were so quiet.

the people in the room above us were so noisy it sounded they were coming through our ceiling. They seemed to be trying to get their 10,000 steps in before 9am!! No decent sleep on either night. Our bed creaked every time we moved. Our bottom sheet was not made correctly it didn’t cover the whole mattress so it was either put on the wrong way or it was the wrong size yet housekeeping through it was ok??

We were looking forward to a drink in the bar Saturday night after our dinner out but although it was fairly early the bar was shut!

We have family in Newquay and this has been our go to place to stay since opening and have recommended to others but feel the standards have dropped considerably which is such a shame.

Having stayed in many Premier Inns we found this the one to be the best!Attentive lovely staff all the time especially Emma the chambermaid top class!Fabulous location with spectacular sea views. My one and only small gripe was that the restaurant there had ran out of many listed items on their menu. However the lovely buffet breakfast made up for it.

Room tip: Great easy underground parking
