Lovely apartment in beautiful Porth. Right on the beach, couldn't have picked a better spot for our first visit to Cornwall! The apartment had everything you could need and was lovely and clean too so very happy and would highly recommend - will look forward to a return visit!
Regrettably we were only able to stay a few days here but what a great place. The apartment was well furnished, with all the equipment you could need on hand.
The location was perfect and being able to walk out straight onto the beach was a bonus. It proved an ideal base for visiting and traveling around Cornwall.
Thank you, Janet, for making the whole process so simple.
I stayed at Coast 1 with my husband and two kids aged 7 and 4. We were delighted when we walked in at how spacious and lovely the apartment was. It really was perfect for our needs and having the garden was brill as it meant my husband and I could relax while the kids played in a safe environment (mainly with other kids from other rental apartments). Porth beach was great for bodyboarding and searching for crabs in rock pools. Wonderful memories made!
This is our second visit to Coast 1 and it is truly superb. The location is fabulous and the apartment very well appointed, clean and modern. Communication with the owner is simple and we will certainly be returning again soon!

Will definitely book this rental again - clean, spacious & good location. All the appliances, towels and appliances one would expect. Happy!
Great place to stay. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 children. The living room was a great size and so too were the bedrooms. Everything was clean and well kept. Loved the walk in shower in the master bedroom!!
The kids loved going onto the beach which they could do themselves as they are old enough, but still a safe distance from the water. For anyone with small children the garden was great too. It was large and had a sandpit near the entrance to the beach. (Although I think that this wasn't intended by the owners but created by 'mother nature' as its not in the photos. It would be great if that extra feature could be retained!)
The area is quite quiet there is a pub (very) close by serving good food which is family friendly. We enjoyed the coastal paths round to other bays and one of these includes a lovely restaurant called the Lusty Glaze.
In general we loved Cornwall and there is so much to do that we will be returning and this would be our first choice of accommodation.
