Really nice apartment in perfect location. Well equipped and very clean with its own parking spot, which is very important in Newquay. The views from the lounge are stunning and everything you need is within walking distance including beach, bars and Newquay centre, which is an easy 20 minute stroll. Rob was on hand to help with any queries and I would recommend this apartment to anyone as it is in a safe quiet area

Had a wondering time at this apartment. The deco is light and modern, facilities are clean and well maintained, have everything we needed. The location is really good, situated at the nice and quiet side of Newquay. 5min walk to the beach, 2min walk to the river on the back, less than 10min drive to the town centre. Nicola and Rob are both very welcoming, would definitely visit again. Many thanks!

We stayed for 5 days at the end of the season and had a fantastic time. The apartment is perfectly located if you want to be close to but slightly out of the main area of Newquay. The views from the flat are fantastic and there are several good dinner and breakfast options only a short walk away. I would happily stay again and will be recommending the apartment to any and all of my friends and family.

my wife and I stayed here fo 7 nights and loved it. From the initial call to Sue (property manager) to the time we left, it was a very pleasant experience.
the apartment itself is very well laid out with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The kitchen has everything you could imagine (including an ice maker - which came in very useful).
The location is great with the living room having a view over fistral beach,. The balcony is great, with outside furniture and we spent some time outside. The weather was nbot the best, but we still enjoyed some time outside, with a lovely view of the beach.
It is about a 5 min drive into the town centre and we took a walk a few days there, to build up an appetite foran evening meal.
If you are driving to the apartment, chances are you will come in through pentire avenue...if this is the case, look out for the newquay nursing home (sign on your left as you drive down). The sign is on the property in big blue writing....Take a left at this sign (Pentire Crescent), and take the 1st right....you will pass the car park for the nursing home and the apartment parking is on the right with your apartment number signposted on the wall, so you can park in the correct location.....next to the car park is the entrance to the apartments..There are approx 6 appartments on this complex and we really enjoyed our time here. We have been to cornwall a few times previously, therefore this break was just to get away from the hectic life back home and to chill. This place was great to do that.
all in all, a great break away. Go ahead and book the apartment,,,,you will not be disappointed.
