Had a great time pirates where brilliant and very interesting. Our nephews loved listening to all the tales they had to tell they thought it was awesome and wanted to go back in again. Shall definitely go back.

Thanks for your review and glad to hear you had a good time with the pirate crew and we do hope you will come back again sometime. We will have some different themed tours over the year - and will be announcing something special for Halloween at October Half Term.
Best wishes,
Nikki Smith

During half-term, my son and I went here on a rainy day. This is a very personal "tourist attraction" style place--in other words--it's better than most places of this type. The owners (at least I think they were the owners) are on-site, making the place fun and memorable. You move around the various areas of the "experience" with a small group, and there are a few pirates in character who guide you throughout. They keep it engaging and local--you get a lot of stories about pirate lore to do with Cornwall and Newquay. You move along quickly enough to not get bored. There's a cute little shop at the end to buy pirate loot!

We got a recommendation on facebook from a friend of a friend. Its just opened again with new owners so we gave it a go. Just back off the main high street is Pirate Quest, there is a big car park so not far to walk. We booked online so had a guaranteed time slot. When we arrived we were ushered into the first part of the tour with out Pirate map and the Captian gave us a briefing on the big screen. then we were joined by our first real pirate a real character who lead us through the corridors telling stories and jokes at each of the exhibits. We were left to wonder down a cave with more exhibits until the Captian came to meet us. What a character, interacted with the whole group, again lots of information and some good one-liners for the over 18's. We took the scare section on and the kids loved it, just enough scare with lots of giggles from all. If you visit on a cold day take a coat as it is a long experience and was chilly when we visited.

Thank you for your review and helpful comments. I am pleased to hear that all age groups of the family enjoyed the pirate tour - we certainly do try to ensure that the content is both educational but at all times fun.
