Really can't fault anything about the service, the food, or the facilities. But we paid a fair amount for our room... The weather was boiling and we were very disappointed and surprised to find no Air Con! In a large hotel like this I really would expect it, or at least a fan in the room (or the offer of one when we mentioned how hot it was!). The other concern was the parking... We arrived about 1.30pm on a very hot day when the beach was packed... This limited the parking significantly, we had real difficulty, but the reception staff helped immensely and actually moved a delivery truck for us! Apart from these two points the hotel was perfect! The location is stunning, beautiful views. We had lunch on the terrace, which was great. Breakfast was the best we had on our holiday... All I can say is waffle maker!!! Can't wait to return... Although just not when it's so hot!

We came for lunch on a sunny saturday recently when visiting the area. I previously had a less than good experience at the hotel as a guest, which was reflected in an earlier review. In the interests of fairness, I wanted to write a new review based on our latest, and much better experience. We came by for lunch at the living space, and sat out on the terrace. The restaurant was packed, but the food and service were absolutely excellent, with none of the chaos we previously experienced. Particular kudos to our waitress who went to great lengths to find out which cheeses on the menu were pasteurised and therefore suitable for the pregnant member of our party.
Credit where its due - well done guys - you have obviously taken on board previous feedback and turned it around. We look forward to a return visit soon!

This hotel is in a gorgeous setting and is so very family friendly, excellent facilities and lots to do in the area. We had a lovely 2 night break and would highly recommend it for a relaxing family break.

Room Tip: The rooms are great for families as the kids get their own room within the room! Perfect!

A place for kids and big kids. The staff can't do enough to help and the food in the restaurants are amazing. (The food and service in the 'open space' could do with a little prep up. Rooms are lovely and infinity pool stunning.

We were booked in for dinner at Zacharys last night but wanted to change our time to later ,so went into reception to ask if it was possible. A lovely girl called Katie was very helpful and sorted it straight away.
We had a relaxing drink in the bar before dinner then ate a fabulous meal in the restaurant..again,very helpful friendly staff.
As we were leaving,my partner realised he'd lost a couple of cards out of his wallet. We asked Katie again at reception if they'd been handed in. She asked in the bar,but unfortunately,no one had seen them. We left our details and were delighted when Katie rang this afternoon to say they had been found!!
I would highly recommend this hotel for the staff, food and decor...It's just perfect x
