We have been staying at The Three Tees now for a few years and go there at least twice a year. The hotel is about 10-15 mins from the town centre and the beaches are clean and have beautiful views.
We have always found Greg & Fiona to be be very accommodating and informative of the local area.
As we have a dog who has a tendancy to bark, if disturbed, we always ask if we could stay in the annex which is situated at the back of the main hotel. Previously, this has been more than suitable for our needs, it was clean, spacious and it helped us to relax even more, knowing our dog did not disturb other residents. Greg & Fiona mentioned last year that the annex was going to be refurbished during the winter season. We didn't realise it was to be completely demolished and rebuilt. All I can say is 'WOW', it looks totally different, even better than before (if that was ever possible). We had more than enough space for the two of us and our dog. Now it has 2 large bedrooms and large bathroom. The annex now features a ramp and wide doors for easy access (if required). Breakfasts are absolutely delicious too!
They too are dog lovers and they have a beautiful dog called Poppy, who we have fell in love with, including my dog who has a little soft spot for her!!! They have also, recently taken in an old labrador dog called Sas, who now has taken up residency! I would highly recommend The Three Tees to everyone, especially if you have a dog, as they are more than accomodating. We are looking forward to going back again August...we can't wait!

We stayed at the Three Tees last week and had a perfect holiday ! Our accomodation was the garden annex which was ideal for our dog Max , he had the run of the garden and two resident friendly dogs to play with . The hotel is bright , clean and comfortable , good location , close to the sea and town centre and ideal for touring Cornwall , and reasonably priced too !! The breakfasts were very nice and filling , we had a very relaxed and comfortable stay and would highly recommend this hotel . We will definately return !!!

I have never felt strongly enough about a B&B to leave feedback but The Three Tees was a find and we would recommend without hesitation. We made a last minute decision to go to Newquay with our dog and fourteen year old daughter. The annex was perfect, newly built for the 2011 season and the rooms were a good size and had every thing you could need, including a comfy bed. Fiona and Greg welcomed us and gave us the benefit of their knowledge for places to eat and general information about Newquay and Cornwall in general.

My wife and I decided to go to Zante for a week. I am now very pleased we decided against it and have a few days in Newquay. This hotel is ideal for using as a base for exploring Cornwall. The owners were very helpful and advised us where to go and where the best places to eat in the evening. They were very friendly and the rooms were lovely and clean and the breakfast well cooked. The whole experience was brillant and I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you Fiona and Greg!
