I stayed here with my sister for 3 nights. We felt very welcome by Greg and Fiona, and settled in straight away. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable. On arrival, Greg provided a map and local attractions, and talked it through with us, which was very helpful as it was our first time in Cornwall. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their hotel to anyone looking for a friendly and comfortable place to stay in Newquay!

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights. I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation in Newquay.

The location is great. It's easy to find (very clear website directions), close to cliff-top walks with great views of the beaches in central Newquay (and access onto them), it's close enough to walk into town and it has good roads nearby (for trips to Watergate Bay or Fistral).

Greg and Fiona are very attentive hosts. They gave us a local map, explained it(!) and made good recommendations for walks. They have a licenced bar and it was a bonus to be able to have a drink with our hosts and fellow guests in the evening.

This was our dog's first holiday and she was made to feel very welcome too. Fiona knows which beaches like dogs and which don't. They don't allow dogs in every bedroom, so you need to do more than book online to ensure your pooch can be accommodated - email or call them.

Breakfast was great!

Room Tip: If you are bringing a dog, call first to ensure a dog-friendly room is available.

Greg and Fiona have a wonderful place. They took excellent care of us. The food was great, the location perfect, rooms superb and a wonderful vibe. The garden was charming and the library comfortable and interesting. Would not hesitate to return.

The eight nights that we stayed at the Three Tees were briliant! Greg and Fiona are great hosts and nothing was too much trouble for them. We were made to feel really welcome and the room was great. The off-road parking is a good bonus in Newquay. Shops and amenities are only a short walk away, as is the beach. Great value for your money and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room Tip: First floor at the back is cooler, second floor at the back has sea views
