We have just returned home from a 4night break at St Bernards Guesthouse which we thoroughly enjoyed. Both of our rooms ( a single and a double) were light and airy with a modern vibe and were very clean. I stayed in the single room which had a double bed and lots of mirrors and plug sockets so I could actually dry my hair and see in the mirror (this doesn't happen everywhere!) and I had a small ensuite shower room. Breakfast every day was lovely and we found the details of recommended restaurants provided in the rooms very useful as on the first night we visited one for dinner and liked it so much that we booked in for another night too. The owners were very helpful and friendly and the car parking option, which we used, was great and very affordable at £2 per day.

The room was lovely, very clean and nicely decorated, with a comfortable bed. The people were very friendly and helpful and even catered for my gluten free diet as I'm a coeliac, offering a choice of gluten free bread. I would stay again.

Nice B&B in the center of Newquay. Excellent breakfasts - full English and the works. The room as spacious, clean and very comfortable bed. Owners were very welcoming and nothing was too much for them. There is an honesty bar as well as coffee machine. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Newquay.

We were looking for a little getaway for a couple of days to re charge the batteries and we couldn't have wished for more. This home is very welcoming, beautifully decorated and very clean.
Everything is to a very high standard from the little extra's like a small room fridge to the welcome, and excellent breakfast.
The location is perfect to explore Newquay and unwind the only disappointment was having to leave, we would have loved to stay longer.
I had used Trip Advisor to find this little haven and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to visit Newquay.
Louise and John ,Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home.

Me & my wife stayed for one night at this guest house on stepping through the front door we knew we made the right choice. We was greeted and shown to our room and it was stunning and for location this was so central to everything. The following morning we went down for breakfast and WoW it was amazing everything you could ask for and lots more. If you do get the chance to go to Newquay I would recommend you use this guest house. I would like to thank you for our lovey stay and hope to see you in the near future.
