“Excellent location, comfortable stay”
Reviewed 7 August 2017 for a stay in July 2017

The house is located a 5-10 minute walk from Porth Beach in Newquay, 20 minutes from the town centre, in a location that is quiet but close enough to everything that you don't need to drive. There were a lot of us staying at the property - 6 adults, 1 teenager and 2 children staying for a week - and we found that there was plenty of room to accommodate all of us. The kitchen was where we spent most of our time as this opened out into a family/day room with a CD player and lots of seating for all of us, with bi-folding doors leading to the garden (which had a swing set and seating too). The bedrooms were big enough for us, and the living room was comfortable. There are loads of DVD's, CD's and board games in all different rooms throughout the house which kept us entertained as we didn't venture out much due to the smaller children.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week stay here, and Amanda & Ru couldn't have been more accommodating. There was an issue with the boiler during our stay which lead to it being replaced - this happened whilst we were out the next day, and didn't inconvenience us at all with the owners being very helpful.

I would recommend this to anyone wanting a stay in Newquay with a family, and will hopefully return again!

“Great Family Holiday”
Reviewed 23 August 2016 for a stay in July 2016

We took extended family on holiday, there were 8 of us including my mother and my baby grandson so we were nervous about being overcrowded. This bungalow was fantastic, there was so much space we could all do our own thing without stepping on each other's toes. My grandson adored the sitting room with the extensive DVD range, There were so many books, games, cd's in the bungalow we would've had to stay all summer to do them justice so on the one day the weather was too bad to brave we had plenty to do. We were a few minutes walk from Porth beach which was great and only 20 minutes walk from the town centre, we were also able to walk to Newquay Zoo which my grandson thoroughly enjoyed. If you're wanting to cook the kitchen is fully stocked with every utensil/equipment necessary and plenty of room for us all to sit down to a meal together. The garden was child friendly and great to sit and chill out in. We would definitely come back to this bungalow, we all loved it.
