Penlee House is a real treat. It has a good collection of Newlyn paintings including two by the incomparable Walter Langley, a fascinating archaeology room, local history, and when we saw it a fascinating photography exhibition. The cafe is good, the staff are friendly and helpful and it only cost £3 to get in. We spent a delightful couple of hours there and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
